環境一般，夜班前台服務非常差，問什麼都非常不耐煩。
酒店停車位比較少，去晚了就沒車位，前台也不管你。問哪裡可以停車，前台就一句話回懟客户，停車位有限，先來先得。服務太差了，雖然跟總部反饋後下，經理有打電話來致歉，但是後續前台服務依舊特別差，無任何改觀。
