甫進入酒店大堂便看見酒店的中菜廳座無虛設，陸續有旅行社團友入住，懷著好印象取房。
房間在酒店客房最低層的4樓，走廊充著煙臭味，房間狹小，擺設古老適合喜歡懷舊的客人，但仍算乾淨。窗外是三角形的天井，兩邊都是落地大玻璃幕牆，可以看見二樓和三樓的貴賓廳客人用膳，另一邊是樓梯，有窗等如無窗。
晚上傳來強烈的卡拉OK聲浪，時而洶湧澎湃，令人不安。致電前台竟輕描淡寫的說酒店附屬的卡拉OK營業致零晨2點，我要求換房郤想支吾拖延。最後編配到5樓稍為安靜的房間。之後我翻看訂單，原是訂了在5樓的房間，即時感覺是給玩弄了；她自稱「環球國際」，是希望面向國際，說好中國嗎？似乎恰恰相反啊！
酒店自助早餐￥28提供的食品選擇不多，而且都是些粥粉麵飯粗糧，在鄰近林立的食肆小店￥10便成。

訂的尊享套房，房間非常大，而且很乾凈很新。晚上睡覺也很安靜，住的11樓，高層，沒有受到樓下ktv的干擾，設備很新，服務人員態度很好

房間設施比較陳舊，衞生不太合格，房間又特別冷，空調不好使，衹有冷風。住了兩宿，沒太睡好，因為太冷了。

酒店按本人要求提供了滿意的客房，前台服務熱情非常好，酒店環境不錯，安靜，衞生整潔乾淨，值得信賴入住，如果配備一次性洗臉巾會更好。

從海口輪渡過來很累到酒店都快24點了需要好好休息，本來以為樓下是KTV會吵，住進去發現隔音很好一點都不吵，衞生和設施很好，就是房間小了些，衞生間更小，樓下的早茶很好，很喜歡那種點杯茶的感覺

Wi-Fi不方便接駁；廁所衝水制難掌握。沖涼水不夠熱。
前台服務幾好，但樓層服務晚上值班人員少，需要協助要等較長時間，將近40分鐘。

設施老，開關不知如何控，床頭插頭始終無法取電，空調失靈，早餐實在太不怎麼樣了。

這裡地點不錯👌到赤坎老街不太遠，周邊環境都好好，有很多食肆。酒店內環境也很好、職員今次幫我擇了高層，我感覺很滿意。
