在火車站附近，方便，離市中心比較近，門口有吃飯的，有賣衣服的，挺好的，也挺乾淨，價格實惠！適合一家3.4口

在攜程上看離火車站460米，且評價不錯，果斷下單，
晚上22點下的火車，出了站就看見金南商務賓館的霓虹燈，
房間很寬闊，衞生整潔，在一般快捷酒店水平之上。
價格合適，值得入住。

有詐騙性質的賓館，入住前我們交了按金，也給我們開了收據，第二天早晨退房時不給我們退款，説電腦沒有錄入，讓我們先走，然後從微信給我們退款，酒店根本沒加我們微信，怎麼給我們退款？分明是在騙人。

環境：這個是最好的啦，晚上睡覺很安靜，離湛江站又近喔，附近一公里有夜宵攤吃，挺好的

房間乾淨整潔，老闆和前台都很熱情。交通方便，賓館樓下就是公交車站，離火車站特別近，步行也就幾分鐘的路程。強烈推薦友友們入住

7樓721三人間。樓頂太吵了。一晚上睡不着覺，望查一查咋個回事。前台小姑娘態度非常好，建議加100月工資。整體比較滿意。房間大，實用。非常乾淨。

因為湛江站趕早班車，將就一夜價格實惠非常方便走200米就到站。附近吃的店也都有。門口也有共享電動車也是很方便

挨着火車站，對面有菜市場和超市，海鮮超級便宜，這是一家獨棟賓館。1樓大廳很大。電梯衹達各個樓層。房間比較乾淨吧，設施的話還是有些年頭，這個價位能租到這個位置的，這麼乾淨的賓館，已經算是撿到寶了。
