房間有點小，但是住一夜就走還是完全可以的，如果要求不高的話基本上都是ok的，主要是地理位置優越，房間衞生乾淨，衞生間較大，住起來也比較舒服，旁邊下來以後有好多個景點，入住的當天晚上逛了那個赤坎老街還有美食街沒事，第2天早上起來又去玩了寸金橋頭公園和湛江博物館，博物館回來後拿的東西，然後就直達湛江西火車站了，嗯，公交車也挺多的很方便，大概40分鐘就到湛江西火車站了

酒店位置很好，免費停車，設施雖然陳舊，服務態度很好。停車票在前台開具，出門帶着給停車場就可以了。樓下有超市有商鋪，很方便。

在一座商場的三、四樓，商場門口有十幾個地面停車位，因為是商場，平時都很有車出入，所以很難有空停車位。室內設施過得去，衹是隔音差點。附近是公園和步行街，應該是老城區最旺得地段。

最糟糕的一次住宿！房間小的出奇，廁所大的出奇。況且廁所花灑壞了，不出水。門鏈不能用，第一天到了就要求調房間，説都滿員了，不能調。我要求加錢給房間升級也不行。湊合了一晚上，結果第二天燈又壞了，要求換房間，還是告知滿員了。明明閑着好多房間，就是不給調，升級也不行。爭取了半天，看我着急了，這才調了。調了個一模一樣的房間，結果電視連中央一套都不能看，坐便有問題。兩個房間連驅蚊水都沒有，要了半天，衹給了一盤蚊子香，既沒有底座，又沒有火。唉！我70多歲了，外出的也不少，很少見這種旅店，垃圾，真正的垃圾。另外，店員及老闆一律服務態度很差。差評差評

剛去酒店時候問前台經理看看房間咋樣，前台經理直接帶着我喊着服務員敲開了一個考研女生的房間，然後我是考研一出考場就定的所以價格比較便宜，經理非説我最便宜就要住最差的房間，要不就私底下價錢給他，樓道里寫着禁止吸煙的標識，在和經理溝通過程中經理抽煙，我説不是寫着禁止抽煙嗎，前台説他是經理有權利抽煙，其他人不行。酒店裡麪馬桶的水很小，窗户也開不了，床前的插頭壞的，空調遙控器壞的非常的臟，最後門的防盜鎖是沒辦法用的，衹能上門鏈，貓眼也是堵住的，建議女生還是選擇安全性高的酒店，這家店的好評大部分都是和樓上電影院有合作好評就送電影票，衹能説比較差的入住體驗
