Far beyond my expectations! Clean and well equipped room, and hearty breakfast included. On top of that, I really enjoyed the local community as I walked by the sea in the evening, kids playing on the basketball court, toddlers exploring the pond and grass accompanied by grandparents, and fishermen waiting for their prey in the breeze. A really nice place to stay!

I've fallen into a trap. On my last stop back to Guangdong from a trip to Guangxi, I booked a high-rise ocean view room, hoping to relax. However, upon check-in, the service was indifferent. The attendant seemed nonchalant. The room was also awful. Not only were there hairs on the floor and stains on the sofa, but the toilet was also filthy. There were accumulated stains, clearly from not being cleaned for ages. It was disgusting. Even basic hygiene wasn't met.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Zhanjiang for three days. Since we arrived in the evening, we didn't see the ocean view until the next morning. The view from the window was beautiful, with blue skies and white clouds, a breathtaking sight!
The location is great, close to many attractions in Xiashan District, perfect for self-driving trips! There are also charging stations in the parking garage!
