有幾個優點1.房間挺好，窗户玻璃比之前去做了升級，很安靜，2.馬路對面就是萬達廣場，很方便,3.酒店內有免費停車場，並且可以充電很方便（電費加服務費1.2-1.5一度）。4.酒店這兩年裝修的，蠻新的，也比較舒適。5.服務人員態度很好。

設施：設施齊全，有獨立使用的停車場，還有充電樁。唯一的遺憾是充電樁是慢充收費是1.45元每度。
衞生：衞生還不錯，尤其是送洗衣服的業務比自己洗方便
環境：整體環境不錯，酒店也比較獨立，出行方便附近餐飲特別多
服務：服務特別熱情，這一點要點贊

來到鎮江入住這家酒店，前台服務員熱情服務態度很好，天氣很熱馬上端來了綠豆糖水，歡迎水果，還有大堂歡迎糖果，雖然出了點小插曲，因為電力問題酒店停電了，電梯不能用，服務人員積極想辦法解決，非常感謝，以後有機會還來住這裏

不錯的一家酒店，乾淨衞生，環境優美舒適，來湛江出差都是住這裏，很舒服，出行方便，對面就是萬達，不得不誇一下這裏的前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，包括客服阿姨，他們都有治癒的表情，真的很不錯👍

設施：酒店設施齊全，有自動窗簾，就是燈光的睡眠模式有時候不起作用。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店是一個靠近馬路的獨棟樓，較安靜，門口就有免費的停車位，周圍有餐飲便利店，對面就是萬達，非常便利。距離海邊沙灘也不是很遠。
服務：這次是家庭入住，帶了倆小孩兒，晚上洗了衣服沒幹，第二天在保潔補充房間消耗品的時候，我們提出想要一些衣架，最後保潔主動提出為我們烘乾。從前台到保潔，服務態度都很好！
如果下次再有機會到湛江，還會選擇這個酒店。😁

家庭親子游 酒店比較新 智能馬桶 投頻小米電視 電動窗簾 酒店服務人員主動熱情 及時解決顧客的問題 就連顧客沒有發現的浴室門瑕疵也主動幫忙聯繫維修
雖然房費不含早餐 小童免費提供 早餐每人18元 早餐類型還是比較豐富 粥 麪點 牛腩粉面 味道非常好 小朋友可以吃完一份 早餐服務的大姐 微信名：六妹 服務也非常熱情 不枉湛江一行 下次有機會再見

我們是半夜到的酒店，很貼心，特地打電話給我們留車位，而且半夜四點了，洗衣服還有機器人幫忙，洗好了送回酒店，酒店所有的東西，沐浴露，洗髮水，牙膏都是香香的，很不錯的一次體驗
