一房一廳一衞，空間很大，這個沒毛病。有兩處能晾衣服的地方，但是因為不通風，房間的空調也吹不到，所以很難幹，除非是速乾麪料。

房間夠大，衞生也挺好的，服務態度可以，附近有很多吃的地方，樓下轉彎處有士多店，酒店門口就有停車位，衹是洗手間的下水道味道很大😂打開裏面的房間門，整個客廳都聞到味道，客廳和房間共用房間裏面的空調，關上房門，客廳就熱了。客廳沒有電視，衹有房間有。

新裝修的房間，非常乾淨整潔，前台服務非常好，電視可投屏，洗漱間沒有香皂之類的，牙刷牙膏毛巾刮鬍刀浴巾，附近離公交站很近，911很近的，去湛江培訓中心打車十塊左右，還是比較方便的，

在湛江南油出差，訂了這家酒店，服務很好，房間挺寬敞整潔的，基礎設施完備，該有的都有。老闆很熱情，提的要求都會盡量滿足。

天氣原因，潮濕霉味重。第二天天氣好，通風之後有所改善。停車場在後面，沒有提示要開入正門前狹巷再倒車出去。停車場每人看管，環境也一般。
房間比較大，一房一廳，但廳了只有沙發茶几，能再有點配套，可以煮茶就好。
