On a business trip to Changzhi, I chose Wanda Realm Hotel on Trip.com. The following is my detailed evaluation of the hotel's facilities and services.
① Hotel location: Adjacent to Changzhi Wanda Changzhi Wanda Plaza, located in the city center, convenient transportation, complete surrounding supporting facilities.
② Inner and room: The hotel interior is relatively young, with a fashion style everywhere, the room is clean and tidy, meeting our people with high cleanliness requirements.
③ Service: The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. I have been perfected at 11:00 when I arrive at the hotel. The warm reception of the waiter lady gives people a feeling of being at home, and brings warmth to people on winter nights.
④ Fitness facilities: spacious gym, advanced running equipment, open 24 hours.
⑤ Self-service laundry: The laundry room and gym are together for easy synchronization.
⑥ Buffet breakfast: The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, covering all kinds of Chinese and Western cuisine, from freshly baked breads and pastries to steaming millet porridge and Shanxi special noodles, to all kinds of fruits and drinks.
It is worth mentioning that the coffee brewed by the beautiful lady Gill is very good, the service is patient and meticulous, always with a heartfelt cute smile, giving the hotel a lot of points.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Changzhi Wanda Realm Hotel.
