When I checked in, there were many people queuing up at the front desk. The waiter handled the check-in quickly and patiently. The room arranged was also very good, very quiet, large, and clean. There is a small refrigerator in the room that can be used, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel provides disposable bathtub covers. You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

The hotel environment is good, the facilities are well-equipped, it has a sense of age, the price is high, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is complete, and the experience is good. I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

An old hotel, the hardware is not too new, but the hygiene is pretty good. It has its own restaurant where you can order food. It is opposite the district government. It is so close to Zhongshan Park and the ancient city and there is a parking lot. It is really friendly to drive. The lady at the front desk is very helpful. Children like to feed koi and black swans! Thanks to the hotel service staff Xiao Zhao for recommending eating and playing around. It is very close to Xiamen and more comfortable than self-driving. The hotel is very high-end, with bathtub, clean, quiet, customer service attitude is very good, answer all questions, very patient, polite, the castle is worth more than 100 million, inside are some antiques from Spain airlifted, nice ten million speakers, sitting comfortable Hermes leather sofa, watching the presidential suite, On the roof, you can overlook Pisces Island in the distance, Xiamen Twin Towers, go to the beach of Baitang Bay at night, come back to the hotel to eat barbecue and watch open-air movies, go to Puzhao Temple the next day, it is worth playing and living.

It may be that it has been open for a long time, some equipment is old, and the sound insulation effect needs to be improved.

The power was out as soon as we checked in. We walked down from the 18th floor. The sound insulation of the room was too bad. At 12 o'clock in the evening, we could hear the sound of the upstairs. The air conditioner sound was super loud. It seemed that there were still parts that fell to the exhaust vent. It was squeaking all night. Very waiter reflected that except for embarrassment, there is no measure, anyway, it is a brand hotel, the experience is too bad.
