The service provided by Xiaojiao at the front desk was very good. We upgraded to a family room. The hotel is very large and there are many attractions nearby. We didn't drive but parking was convenient. Booked during the special price period, great value. Big bathtub, big balcony. The front desk staff was cold and indifferent, which started to feel strange. After all, the front desk staff of the hotel were very good and had a smile on their faces. I didn't expect that the front desk of this hotel would feel like they owed it money and even asked for a deposit. If you book a room on Ctrip, they won't ask for a deposit in recent years. When I checked out the next day, a woman in a white shirt seemed to be helping at the front desk. She looked very bitter and resentful, which made me very uncomfortable. I can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it. Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned. Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

雖然酒店位置距市中心遠一點，但是酒店度假村特別大，環境優美，有山有水，夏季是漂流，河水很清澈，房間設施齊全，衞生很好，服務員都特別熱情，早點很豐盛，粥，豆漿都非常熱，味道也很贊，吃的很舒服，下次如果來旅遊的話還會選擇這個酒店
