I enjoyed my stay at the resort immensely. The staff did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. The meals I had were also very good. In addition to the resort, I highly recommend the park that belongs to the hotel. The hotel is not near some of the livelier sections of Xiamen, but this was not my goal.

This time I stayed at this hotel and gave me a big surprise. First of all, the hotel room is very quiet. Secondly, the hotel facilities are very complete. I actually have a washing machine. The first time I traveled, this price stayed at this hotel, more perfect than I thought, cost-effective! The room was very clean, refreshing and bright. In the cold winter, sitting on the warm bathroom toilet felt very warm. The little sister at the front desk was very beautiful, gentle and thoughtful, and completely subverted my imagination. There was a foot bath shop on the second floor. After a day, it was very comfortable to soak your feet. The rooms are more comfortable than expected. There are single-family villas, three bedrooms, and two bedrooms that can meet all kinds of needs. The rooms have restaurants, kitchens, and individual villas also have mahjong machines and other facilities. The service is also very good. The room type I chose is suitable for two children. This hotel is really good. Wall crack recommendation, affordable price, brand service. The whole house is very smart, all kinds of facilities are complete, and there is a laundry room, which is really stunned. The bathroom is very clean, the breakfast is rich, the porridge is with side dishes, the noodles, the buns, the roasted wheat eggs, the soy milk, coffee, yogurt, too many people live here during the May Day holiday. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very special. One foot is in Xiamen and the other is in Zhangzhou. The temperature on the mountain is about 6 degrees lower than normal. It is an excellent hotel for summer vacation. The air on the mountain is fresh and the attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. Recommended~

AAnonymous UserTransportation: It is very close to the sea. It takes less than ten minutes to ride the Jinluwan Beach. The best place to watch the sunrise on Dongshan Island's net red mirror beach (seafood stalls and snack streets everywhere), and it takes ten minutes to ride the Nanyu Lighthouse in Nanling Bay.
Room: The old house is remodeled while retaining the simple atmosphere of the house, especially this tile roof, which unconsciously relaxes. At night, lie on your own terrace chair to watch the starry sky, breathe with 100 points of oxygen 👍👍👍
Every detail of the house is very careful, there are commonly used slippers and disposable slippers, there is a desk, and free hanging ear coffee, mineral water and tea. The shower gel shampoo is still very good, and a faint fragrance is very comfortable when you enter the door. The bedding is also very comfortable, with a high and low pillow.
There is a swimming pool on the first floor to soak in water, and the children are particularly happy to play in the water. There is also breakfast, proper local characteristics. In the evening, drink a little wine under two hundred-year-old banyan trees, don't be too perfect.

TTeoSA peaceful place to chill and relax.
Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table.
Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

SsiweiyaThe guesthouse is located in one of the Tulou of Tianluokeng cluster, so it's perfect for the travelers who wants to experience the Tulou life, especially at night when all the crowds leave and the village becomes quiet.
The owners, who also have their restaurant in the same Tulou, are kind and friendly, and provided help to navigate the transportation of the area. Bonus point, they welcomed foreign guests!
The rooms are very basic but overall clean, and the bed is quite comfortable! Even if it was cold temperature, the blanket was surprisingly warm and cozy! We initially thought we would be freezing at night, but instead we slept very well.
Of course when lodging in such a traditional countryside dwelling, the facility is really old and could be a bit noisy especially at night if there are many other guests walking around on the upper floors, as there's not much sound proofing.
The bathroom downstairs is shared with many rooms so it's not quite suitable for showering.
Overall was a nice countryside stay, we will always keep Tianluokeng in our hearts.

EEvaI stayed in the guestroom with view. (There is no view onto the tulous what I had expected)The room was light and clean. The location is great because the house is right beside the tulous and you have a great view onto the tulous from the terrace. The sightseeing viewing point is easy to reach from there. The service was good. The women who was there was friendly and helpful. She made me breakfast and dinner which was delicious. When I didn't know how to get to the next place she and her son helped me with information and the son drove me to the next sight I wanted to see which I was very glad about.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I gave this 5 points to the very caring young lady at the front desk. The service attitude is very good. We have a need to solve it as soon as possible. Secondly, let me talk about the hotel. There is a big cockroach on the door frame of the third picture. I am the person who is most afraid of cockroaches. After a few screams, I was killed by my husband. I didn't tell the hotel about this. My husband said that there was no cockroach. This will be a while. Finally, let me talk about breakfast. There are breakfasts that are better than some hotels at the same price. However, the eggs are limited. When you go in, you will take the eggs for one person. I thought that I would waste it. I can eat two, but the aunt who cooks said that I can eat one that subverts me early for all hotels. The recognition of the meal, this is very embarrassing and embarrassing 😓 We stayed for two days, 4 side dishes on the first day, 5 side dishes on the second day, one is a new dish, the other 4 are exactly the same as yesterday, the color of the dish is also obviously darker, so I didn't dare to eat it, this can't say that the hotel uses leftovers. GGuest UserFantastic hotel for seeing the Tulous in Fujian. Pricey, but worth it. Very charming with fantastic rooms. Just the walk along the stream to the hotel is an experience on its own. The little stream running past the hotel made it very peaceful. All inclusive (except for lunch) package designed for people to go explore the Tulous during the day, food was delicious in a great restaurant over looking the stream. The restaurant is semi open and the hotel was very attentive with insect repellent incense underneath the dining tables and insect repellent readily available for guests. At night the hotel took us up the river (15min walk) to go see fireflies at a spot over a bridge, amazing experience. They also set up a tent near just next to the bridge with drinks and cut fresh fruit available. The hotel is the epitome of what modern China should be like. It perfectly blends the old (restored old buildings) into new modern, tasteful functional buildings. Staff were attentive, quick to respond. Highly recommend.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.
