JI Hotel Hotels in Zhangzhou

The hotel environment is quiet in the middle of the bustle and the transportation is convenient. The hotel rooms are warm and comfortable. The cleaning lady cleans them every day and is spotless. The hotel lobby is grand and beautifully decorated. The cleaning lady at the front desk and the hotel concierge are all very nice. The best hotel in Zhangzhou, I love it so much👍🏻

Overall is excellent. The staff is very nice and they allow me for late check out as they know my flight is late. The best thing here is a lot of attractions are only surround the hotel. Will come again.😄

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I was very satisfied with the hot springs at Banyue Mountain. There are many hot spring pools, the rooms are very warm, the overall environment is very beautiful, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and Lin Limin helped during this period. I fished, played golf, and rode horses. The equestrianism was great. I was very nervous at first, but the teacher explained it patiently. You can close your eyes and take a bath in the hot springs at Banyue Mountain ♨️🤓

We booked the family room, which is like a suite with a living area that it suitable for hosting visitors. Honestly that was the best feature of the room, plenty of space for 3 people to spread out and also for any visitors. There was a weird smell in the room from time to time which we couldn't quite pinpoint. Overall cleanliness was otherwise OK. Do note the location of the hotel is a little hard to find as the hotel is tucked behind another building so there is just a small alleyway for you to get to. Local drivers seemed familiar enough though so if you are getting to the hotel by taxi no issues.
