We checked in around 9 PM and left the hotel at 9 AM the next morning, having slept through the night. The room's cleanliness and facilities were best described as ”acceptable,” a mere 60 out of 100. The lady in charge of breakfast was incredibly welcoming. Since we arrived a bit late and there were no hot dishes left, she stir-fried some chives for us – she really went to great lengths. When we checked in at night, a man and a woman were at the front desk. When we checked out in the morning, a beautiful woman was at the front desk.

This is a very unique and interesting hotel. Take bus A3 from Zhangzhou Railway Station and alight at the last stop and walk about 10mins to reach. Hotel is 3min’s walk the Minnan Normal University闽南师范大学. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room was not ready on our arrival. In waiting, they served us a big platter of fruits and desserts. Only set back is we were not given the room we have booked. Special shout out to 吕小布 who went all the way to help us book the tour to Nanjing Tulou. He was extremely helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to explore Zhangzhou. Gucheng 古城 and Zhongshan bridge 中山桥 is also within walking distance. Plenty of eateries around the area. Will definitely come back again.

This time I came to Zhangzhou for a trip, I looked at many hotels and homestays on Ctrip, and finally chose Huazhu Gaoshengguan in the ancient city of Zhangzhou. This is a hotel-style B&B, awesome! The beautiful girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The service is also very thoughtful! Thanks to Xiao Guo for helping me get my luggage from the Didi car parking spot to the hotel. After leaving the hotel, Xiao Guo helped me carry my luggage and sent it to the Didi pick-up point on Xiaojie Street. Thanks to Xiao Zhu for upgrading me to the only and largest room on the third floor of the hotel the next day. The hotel's bedding and toiletries are clean and comfortable. Especially the shower head has a lot of hot water, absolutely great! The hotel has a great location and environment, right by the Song River. There are many restaurants around! There are also many snacks! If you come to Zhangzhou for tourism and stay in Zhangzhou Ancient City, this hotel is the best choice!

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the river with stunning night views. The ancient town is just a convenient walk across the bridge. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot spring area, making it perfect for both adults and children to enjoy water fun. Cons: The hotel's management is quite poor. 1. While dining in the restaurant, staff would abruptly reach over to clear plates or place napkins without any prior acknowledgement or greeting. I found this quite intrusive; a simple 'excuse me' beforehand would have been much appreciated. 2. When cleaning tables, staff simply brushed food scraps directly onto the floor. 3. Food dropped by other guests on the floor was left uncleaned. Even after guests pointed out that it was a slipping hazard, staff failed to address it until we had finished our meal. 4. The swimming pool is also used for lessons, and at times it gets so crowded with students that it's impossible for other guests to swim or simply enjoy the water. 5. Our room had two protruding nails on the floor that could easily injure a child's bare feet. We reported this to the front desk for repair, but upon returning to the room, only one had been fixed. I was too frustrated to complain again, so I just covered it with an item to prevent my child from getting hurt. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these detailed issues and makes significant improvements.

The hotel is the first choice for quality travel. The hotel lobby is very grand. The lobby assistant manager Xiao Chen is beautiful and generous. The service is warm and thoughtful, and also very professional. The room has good lighting, bright and very clean. Staying in this hotel made me feel the warmth of home~ I learned that my birthday was coming soon, and they also prepared the room and cake attentively. I like the attentive service 👍Next to it is Nanshan Temple and Nanhu Park. The beautiful scenery cultivates the body and mind. I will definitely come again next time!

The rooms with hot springs are downstairs from the old street of the ancient city, and the lighting is beautiful. Get up early and soak in the hot spring again, don't be too comfortable. The price/performance ratio is very high. I spent more than 300 yuan on a hot spring bath in another hotel the day before, but the room rate here is enough for one day. It is worth praising the owner of this B&B for knowing how to live.

Zhangzhou Longjiang Suiyue Hot Spring Hotel is amazing! The environment is like a paradise, surrounded by green plants and winding water systems. It is super pleasant to take a walk in the evening. The hot spring is the highlight. The open-air pool is built against the mountain, with good privacy and clear water. It is so healing to soak and watch the stars. The butler service is online throughout the whole process. When checking in, hot tea is served, the hot spring time is introduced actively, and special pools are reserved. If there is a need, it will respond in seconds. The facilities are new and clean, the view from the viewing balcony in the room is amazing, the hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is clean.
