酒店設施陳舊，老化，不是淋浴漏水就是花灑問題，還有就是空調異響，隔音效果很差，好的地方是酒店位置不錯，就在萬達廣場附近

晚上出去逛回來，等夜宵，凌晨才洗澡，開花灑🚿開始水還蠻熱，誰知道剛洗完臉水居然變冷了……想着太晚了，大過年的也就不打擾了，早上起來再洗，然而早上也是同樣情況，極度無語……馬上要退房離開，衹能差評，不滿意，基本24小時熱水啊！！

財務不在就説財務不在，按金兩點多問説已經退了，還以為怎麼沒收到。微信都是實時到賬的延遲有那麼久嗎。下午五點多打電話過去才説聯繫了財務剛到剛退才立馬到賬。

住酒店第一次給差評！我是2月11-12號晚入住1809房的房客。説是酒店，其實就是公寓，房間牆紙開裂破舊，大樓電梯經常跳樓層這些問題我都不計較了。將近300塊一晚的酒店竟然整晚停電！從晚上十點多停電後多次致電酒店前台都沒有給出滿意的答覆，直到凌晨12點多停電問題也沒有得到解決。家人遊玩了一整天回到酒店也沒有熱水洗澡，手機也無電可充。要求換房間説客滿沒有房了，問什麼時候來電説不是酒店問題是物業問題，難道我作為房客訂了房，房間有問題我需要自己找大樓物業？？由於隔天還需要開長途車，衹能先摸黑收拾行李等來電了再洗漱，結果直到第二天退房了房間還是沒有電的。未免耽誤行程我也沒有和酒店前台過多糾纏了，希望酒店方可以給我一個滿意的答覆！（本着信任酒店方，沒有相信評論區的差評，現在真的後悔，過年出遊心情都被破壞了）
