是建發山外山樓盤，整個小區是封閉式管理。小區環境相當不錯，入住人員少，安靜舒適，空氣清新。周邊遊玩項目較多，有漂流、登山、小童遊玩項目，也適合家庭出遊。是度假的好去處。

床不是很乾凈，有頭髮之類的毛，還有螞蟻。特色項目是鹿悦川小童樂園 但去了才説這時候在裝修。平台上寫了免費延遲退房到14點，卻告訴我們12點要退。早餐 是很稀的稀飯＋水煮蛋＋兩包榨菜 還有牛奶。
