位置:從動車站5分鐘內可到, 民宿位置較為偏僻,附近便利店只有1,2間而且有段距離
不過 距市中心大約20多min(坐車),不算近也不遠,不難打車
設施:感覺像新裝潢,房間整體很新,
但隔音較差,街外每次有車經過會很响

有停車場，房間衞生乾淨，一看就知道很用心打掃，邊邊角角一塵不染。有前台接待安全感滿滿。老闆娘熱心好客，心情舒爽。空氣清晰優美，在漳州站後面的民宿，真的很適合出遊和出差的，性價比好。

民宿很新，但沒有異味，三層共七個房間，每個房間都有好聽的名字，我們住的是“長長九九”，浴室長方形，使用也方便，排水系統沒問題。民宿位置離高鐵站起很近，走路走小路也就十分鐘。去到民宿剛好六點，老闆娘熱情地給我們介紹他們洪塘村的人過年習俗，並告訴我們第二天就有活動，於是我們馬上改了回程時間……周邊飯館少，但叫餐容易，所以總的説體驗感很好。
