The room is quite new and the decoration style is more fashionable. Facilities meet four stars and rooms are cleaned relatively clean. Breakfast was quite good for a four-star hotel, with beef sour soup dumplings, which were delicious. The only drawback is that the wash basin is a bit short and a bit small, washing your hands and face will have a lot of water flowing to the table. Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

On this Qinggan Grand Ring Tour, we stayed in a relatively comfortable hotel. The room was large, well-equipped, clean and tidy. Because we arrived at the hotel late at night, we were given late night snacks and drinks to pacify our stomachs, as well as two extra bottles. water. On a road trip to Zhangye, I saw on Ctrip that this hotel offers breakfast upgrades for members. After booking, I called to let them know that my car had a roof box, which was not convenient for me. ↓ The basement parking space was reserved for me. Upon arrival, I checked in at the hotel and the front desk service was excellent. Manager Li Na even upgraded my room for free. I highly recommend it! 👍🏻 It was a great stay.

I love the design of the curtains as it can block sunlight really well. The staff is helpful and friendly. The lobby provides guests with drinks, which is very considerate. The breakfast is not worth it though. It cost RMB38 per head, but the food variety is rather limited. I had to go to 1/F for a cup of coffee because the restaurant at 10/F did not include any drinks. There is no AC in the restaurant as well, which made guests sweating.

The room was very spacious, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Its location near the West Station and the tourist transport hub was incredibly convenient. However, my experience upon arriving at Zhangye Station (distinct from the West Station mentioned) was quite chaotic; it was impossible to find a taxi, which unfortunately left a poor first impression. The hotel itself was excellent overall, my only minor gripe was their strictness regarding check-out time. Everything else was satisfactory.

I was welcomed with a soda unique to the region by a kind staff member. I was escorted to my hotel room. The hotel room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. We like the hotel. The location is very close to the high-speed train station. Despite not in downtown, it takes only 10 minutes to downtown by taxi with hotel concierge taxi call. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel manager, Lutong, was super helpful and polite. He efficiently managed to contact the hotel in Dunhaung where we forgot something, to send it to the next hotel in Lanzhou where we will visit again in next 7 days. We really appreciate his services by heart, despite being very busy.

The hotel is very upscale, only a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. It is surrounded by hotels and next door is the Internet celebrity store Baifu. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The room facilities are very good, and there are disposable towels and bath towels. It is very cost-effective and I am very satisfied.
