我們是一家五樓有長者和孩子，訂酒店得兩間房，所以搜了附近的民宿，第一眼就看上了價格美麗還能住五個人，可是看了評論又糾結了。最終還是想賭一把，預訂之後聯繫了房東沒有感覺很熱情，直到一會房東説給我們冰鎮了西瓜，再到我們進入房間真的太意外了，房間很乾凈，很整潔沒有異味，沒有酒店的味道，感覺到親戚家了一樣！太完美了所以有決定再住一晚，房東還介紹了不踩雷的美食，現在突然能理解什麼是西北女漢子了，自始至終和房東都沒有見面，但字裡行間沒有很多客套話！但很舒服！下次來張掖還會選擇你！也推薦不講究星級服務的家庭旅遊的，可以選擇這家民宿，真心推薦！

臟，哪裡都臟，廚房廁所客廳床全都臟。進門就一股味道，連被子都是臭的。熱水壺不知道煮過什麼東西，燒水是一股酸奶過期的臭味。廁所臟得沒法看，各種尿漬。整個屋子通風極差，窗户很小，空調打開後一股濕抹布捂臭了的味道，根本沒法用。

整改後的複式房，房子總體面積不大，但廚房，客廳，衞生間，房間該有的一樣不少。住的房間在樓上，高個子不建議，對消防要求很高的也不建議。民宿最大的優點就是離高鐵站近。

忘記拍照片了，老闆人很好溝通比較順暢。
房間面積不大，但是上下複式的而且有兩張床加一個榻榻米可以住5個人。家庭老小，出行非常方便。離張掖西站特別近，走路就能到達。交通也很方便。

非常不錯民宿酒店，房間乾淨整潔無異味，主人也非常熱情周到，地理位置很好也非常好找，距離大佛寺8分鐘車程，並且可以免費停車！來張掖家居旅行非常好的選擇，而且價格不貴，性價比高！樓下週邊吃飯便利，有夜市大排檔可以吃！唯一不足，二樓有必要安裝一個空調！
