Quality Hotel

The room check-in was very bad. I came to Zhangye during the Chinese New Year this year. I checked into this hotel on the first night. After checking in at the hotel, I found that the room was very cold and I couldn't take a shower. The water was very bright. After contacting the hotel front desk, I got the electric heater but it was not hot. Later, the staff told me at the elevator that the water pipe burst and I couldn't take a shower during the Chinese New Year. I booked 4 rooms originally, and then a family of three came and booked through other platforms. Because there were children, the house was too cold. I asked if I could refund. The hotel staff said yes. We booked 4 rooms on the Ctrip platform. Because it was too late that night and my family drank alcohol, we couldn't change to another hotel. When checking in, the hotel staff knew the problem of the hotel that day but didn't tell me. It really violated my rights. Later, under the complaint of Zhangye Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the hotel originally said that it couldn't be handled, and confused the room that was refunded. Later, it changed the room rate to 20%, I disagreed and said 30%, and then said half refund. It's really speechless! ! ! Disgusting! ! Please read the reviews carefully when booking a hotel. I am not in the same industry, I just feel it is chilling as a consumer. During the Spring Festival, the hotel did this. Where is your quality and your conscience? Shooting yourself in the foot.
