設施：設施齊全，帶桌球桌，電梯，中央空調，小缺點是濕地公園裡麪可能濕氣重牆體有點黴，但不影響住宿體驗。小建議:洗髮水沐浴露該換新了。
環境：濕地公園內，周圍環境很好。隔壁的西域燒烤很好吃。其他的小吃比較少。
服務：響應快，挺好的。

張掖單記生態酒店，房間整潔裝修高尚，燈光夠光猛，中央空調夠冷，但不知為何附近店舖商場設施已關閉，像冇生意關，但地方整潔，要駕駛8公里到縣城用餐，但沿途風景漂亮值得一住。

有免費的停車場，停車很方便。位置比較偏，附近沒有早餐店。房間挺大的，但床很硬，隔音也不好，旁邊打電話聽的很清楚。

定酒店的時候看地址以為周圍會有很多好吃的，結果周圍的店大多都關門了。一個保安負責前台、客服等全部工作，並沒有看到其他工作人員。早餐需要開車至少1公里去尋找，不是很方便。距濕地公園很近，公園人少景美。

酒店硬件總體還是不錯的，酒店大堂、房間都比較大，停車就在門口，也比較寬敞，老闆還給我房間免費升級。但沒想到的是，房間沒有衣架，我晚上下樓要去門外車裡拿衣架時，大門上鎖，前台沒人，後電話響了保安才出來，居然對我視作無人，衹顧自己忙事，我耐心等他接完電話，他又開始用電腦了，等我提醒他他才説大門環形鎖是虛掩的！我回房間洗完衣服後發現房間居然停電了，直到早晨八點多才來電！害我一夜沒法用呼吸機。直到我退房，酒店都沒人出來為此有個説法。太不可思議了！幸虧攜程一直關心並跟蹤此事，心中有了一些安慰。

酒店在張掖濕地公園邊上的一座中式建築大院裏麪，駕車入住不成問題。昨天下訂單的時候，沒有注意房型與窗户的大小區別，辦理入住時前台也給了大窗户房間，但是當我馬上返回前台反映房間馬桶蓋問題、隔壁鄰居小孩多吵鬧問題時，前台也正在找我，説是剛才給我開錯了房型，現在需要我換到小窗户房間去。我聯繫攜程準備升級房間，感謝攜程管家曉雅服務及時，她全程與酒店溝通，保證我不想換的時候不用換房。也要感謝酒店單老闆剛好在場，他聽了我與前台的對話，也與攜程管家曉雅溝通，並與我一同看了房間的馬桶蓋，表示不影響使用的話，馬桶蓋的問題他們後續處理，並且很痛快的表態，不用加價、也不用換房，我可以繼續入住這間大窗户房間。

照片沒拍 但是酒店整體不錯哦 環境清靜 停車方便 那邊開發區感覺還沒完全發展出來 人少 住的就相對安靜 空間也挺大的
