Cleanliness level that does not fit a 4 star hotel.
The front lady’s service was very bad for foreigners.
They were uncaring, irrelevant and it felt like they didn’t want to answer basic questions (using translation) as they were very impatient.
Would not recommend for people who don’t speak Chinese.

Good hotel. The inside decoration and quality of the rooms were much better than the exterior look. The room had a fridge, comfortable bed and good design.
