Positive: Overall, the hotel is good. The room is spacious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We had some issues with the room's electrical system, and they resolved it quickly. Additionally, they offered us a fruit tray for the inconvenience. The room and sheets are clean. The WiFi works perfectly.
Negative: It is a bit far from the center. We booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes. There is no gym and laundry service, unlike what is advertised in the available services on Trip.com. Guests smoke in common areas like the entrance hall, elevator, and hallways.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It is very closed to the Zhangye West station. The breakfast buffet was OK, room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed renting a shared bike in front of the hotel and rode it around town. Zhangye is a pedestrians and bicyclists friendly city. The National Wetland Park is worth visiting using a shared bike.
