This is my second time staying at this hotel. Lived up to my expectation. From the moment we step into the hotel, everyone working for this hotel will smile at you. All the workers were really helpful and nice. The service was very good. There is a humidifier in the room which you can turn on due to the dry air. They even prepare basin for you to soak your leg during the evening. They even prepare snacks ,fruits and yogurt for you to snack in the evening. All these gestures make you feel so welcoming. Between, this hotel accept foreigners.

酒店的服務態度特別好，門口有迎賓幫忙拿行李，大堂進門有消毒熱毛巾，有晚安牛奶，房間很大很暖和一點不冷，還有歡迎水果，感覺很舒適。

房間比較大，衞生間的小淋浴頭是壞的。今天早上我7點45分退房，8點30分我想起來洗面奶忘在洗手枱的擦手毛巾小籃子裏，躺在小毛巾上，洗面奶上面蓋了一張紙巾。立即打電話給前台幫忙看一下。得到答覆是沒有找到。因是全新的大支黑BA洗面奶，如圖所示，衹用了一次，所以拜託再找找，放在哪裡細節我都記得這麼清楚，而且我的行李已經全部翻過兩遍沒有。我確定忘在洗手枱上了。酒店答覆沒有找到。

酒店裝修豪華，是我西北環線最滿意的一個。有接送站服務，房間設施齊全，裝修較新，每天還配備泡腳桶緩解疲勞。服務人員態度都很好，自助早餐品種豐富。就是冬天供暖温度太高，房間衹穿單衣也覺得熱。離市區稍遠，打車過去10元上下，也可以接受。以後來張掖還會選擇這裏。

比對了好多家，選了這家酒店，主要是因為他們房間都比較大些，且不是太過於陳舊過時的裝修風格，還配有浴缸⋯這是我們想要的配備所以選擇了這裏，整體感覺還是可以的，房間空間大相對舒適感也會高些，也有迎賓水果以及熱水泡腳桶～浴室也挺大的！
前台服務也很不錯，早餐沒用，9點就結束了，對我們沒那麼早起的人來説，實在有些早了😞

國慶過後錯峯一家老小從四川過來遊玩，攜程網訂的，房間超大，服務超熱情，免費送水果、咖啡條、一次性馬桶罩、木桶薰衣草燙腳，早餐品種也超多，是四川~西北自駕遊性價比最最最高的酒店！！！
