I saw two of the few reviews that made me book. The hotel opened in May. The decoration is heavy, the occupancy rate is not high, and many services are imperfect.
Check-in: I arrived at the hotel around 9pm. The lobby was empty and pitch black. It took a call before a staff member came to the front desk. Check-in took a long time.
Bathroom: The decoration smell is strong, the bathroom light has poor contact, and it lights up and goes off for a long time, which is a bit scary. There are no special slippers for bathing, so you can only take a shower with bare feet, and there are no anti-slip signs.
Room: There is a small refrigerator next to the bed that keeps making noise. In addition, the sound insulation effect of the room is very poor, you can hear sneezing and talking loudly in the next room.
Breakfast: Normally 8:30-9:00, but you can't eat until around 8:40. Breakfast is a divided meal system, with four meat buns, one egg and one porridge per person.
When I checked out, I reported the above situation to the staff and received two bottles of red date and black wolfberry juice as a gift. The overall experience is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the Northwest Ring Road. The price/performance ratio is not high, so choose carefully!
