剛踏入酒店，就能感受到它的與眾不同。整體環境優雅靜謐，裝修風格大氣簡約，沒有過度繁雜的裝飾，卻處處透露着精緻的細節，給人一種恰到好處的舒適感，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。
辦理入住時，前台的小熊姐姐給我留下了極為深刻的印象。她不僅長相甜美，關鍵是服務周到又熱情，每一個流程都耐心講解，還細心地為我推薦周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳，讓初來乍到的我瞬間沒了陌生感。
第二天的早餐更是讓我眼前一亮，中西式餐點應有盡有，新鮮出爐的麪包香氣撲鼻，現做的熱菜、粥品暖胃又暖心，還有各種新鮮水果和精緻甜點，每一道餐點都能看出廚師的用心，味道也十分出色，讓我吃得滿足又開心。
酒店服務更是無可挑剔。除了小熊姐姐，客房服務的響應也很及時，工作人員總是面帶微笑，耐心解答我的每一個問題，提供各種幫助，讓我在異鄉也能感受到家一般的温暖。
這次入住經歷十分愉快，以後不管是出差還是旅行，衹要有出行需求，這家酒店肯定是我的首選，也推薦給大家！

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心特別是落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，酒店環境很，周圍設施齊全購物一站式，房間內也讓人感覺温馨， 這個價格能住上已經是相當實惠了，出差差不多都是訂在這家酒店，房間空間大很寬敞，空氣流通，這次住的房間非常滿意，早餐我也很喜歡，都是熱氣騰騰的食材味道好吃，相比那些西式的早點，更適合早上健康飲食，工作人員服務非常貼心主動

此次出行住在樟樹的銀河酒店。雖然是住的單間，但不管是房間的大小，佈局，還是酒店設施和早餐，都是最近這段時間以來最好的一次。酒店內有健身房還有外包的洗衣服務，房間裏有歡迎零食。整體來説還是蠻不錯的，推薦！

酒店設施很合理，客房很温馨，工作人員非常熱情。更感謝工作人員的金不昧的精神，以及對客户的負責任的工作態度。匆匆忙忙中把東西落在房間裏了，走到半路上才想起，正不知道該如何是好時。接到酒店前台工作人員的電話。並加我微信，讓我把地址發給她，她幫我把東西寄過來。真的非常感謝。

大堂很大氣！房間設施還不錯！衞生很乾凈整潔。並且酒店對面就在時代廣場對面，很漂亮。早餐在一樓，種類很多，蠻好吃的。前台小姐姐服務很好！這次是出差，小姐姐還很熱心的幫忙安排了相鄰的房間，提前開好空調，挺好的，推薦！

位置比較好找，就在時代廣場對面。酒店地理位置屬於市中心。邊上就有美宜佳。負一層還有個超市。早餐也很好吃就在一樓。酒店整體氛圍也很好，暖光的燈光讓人感覺温馨又大氣。房間裏還有小冰箱。前台的服務態度也很好。
