當時看了環境不錯就定了這裏 情人谷外圍環境確實不錯 不過下樓梯太要命了 行李多非常不友好 也沒有工作人員問需不需要幫忙搬行李 大堂到情人谷距離也是不近的 第二天還是選擇開車到大堂去退房 第二天早起還遇到一衹小強 嚇死我了 大堂邊上有泳池住宿可以免費游泳這個挺好的 總體：1衞生還需要過關 小強真的好大一衹2工作人員可以熱情些 沒電梯的地方可以幫忙搭把手搬點行李

整棟樓就我們住，沒人管沒人打擾，超級贊，樓下就是一大一小兩游泳池，娃玩水玩得很歡樂，山莊裡面有很多設施（釣魚場、划船、小火車、碰碰車、卡丁車、叢林穿越、射箭場、滑索、桌球桌、健身房），如果不是因為沒人維護停用了，這地方可以帶娃待上好幾天

1.出租車到門口被保安攔下，説裏面在注水泥。實際情況是根本就不影響車子送客人。從門口到多功能廳有很長很長的一段路。近40度的高温一路走進去。
2.到多功能廳找不到前台，電話聯繫前台，過來一個大姐，也不幫忙拿行李，直接把人往工地裏面帶，路面不平，而且也沒讓戴安全帽。從大型設備下面過鑽過去。最後工作人員還指着前面的“狗洞”爬過去才到前台。純純的一個指路人。此生第一次爬狗洞。
3.房間極其臟，沙發上各種污漬。牆皮脱落，空調遙控失靈。房間電話沒辦法用。衞生間燈無法關閉，整夜開着，影響睡眠。浴室的門也是搖搖欲墜。房間老舊。人家服務員還説我態度差，兇巴巴的。我已經被折騰的根本不想跟他們吵架了。
4.交通極其不方便，根本打不到車，所有打車軟件打開都打不到。最後前台給了一個打車電話，3公里花了30塊的包車費。
強烈不推薦！！！是我住過所有的酒店裡最糟糕的一次，沒有之一！！！
