酒店環境不錯，裝修風格很喜歡，很有特色，房間乾淨整潔，窗外風景特別好，工作人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，性價比不錯，下次有機會還會入住的。

1.出租車到門口被保安攔下，説裏面在注水泥。實際情況是根本就不影響車子送客人。從門口到多功能廳有很長很長的一段路。近40度的高温一路走進去。
2.到多功能廳找不到前台，電話聯繫前台，過來一個大姐，也不幫忙拿行李，直接把人往工地裏面帶，路面不平，而且也沒讓戴安全帽。從大型設備下面過鑽過去。最後工作人員還指着前面的“狗洞”爬過去才到前台。純純的一個指路人。此生第一次爬狗洞。
3.房間極其臟，沙發上各種污漬。牆皮脱落，空調遙控失靈。房間電話沒辦法用。衞生間燈無法關閉，整夜開着，影響睡眠。浴室的門也是搖搖欲墜。房間老舊。人家服務員還説我態度差，兇巴巴的。我已經被折騰的根本不想跟他們吵架了。
4.交通極其不方便，根本打不到車，所有打車軟件打開都打不到。最後前台給了一個打車電話，3公里花了30塊的包車費。
強烈不推薦！！！是我住過所有的酒店裡最糟糕的一次，沒有之一！！！

山莊很大，就是很多木屋都沒有人住，有很多蜘蛛絲。我們住的房間還可以，前面有一個天然的山泉水游泳池，水質非常乾淨，晚上游泳正好。

1.房間空調不冷，已經調到17度整夜沒蓋被子睡的2.沒有提供早餐，自己開車出去兩公裡外的鎮上買的3.帶着孩子衝著酒店的大泳池去的，入住前特地問了泳池幾點開放，前台説的好好的早上八點，結果第二天起床居然開始洗泳池了，居然週日洗泳池？跟前台溝通了好幾次，一點解決方案都沒給，無語了
