垃圾酒店，空調不會製冷，這麼熱的天，還不給換房間，投訴了才肯換，換了也是不會製冷的房間，不提供一次性拖鞋，投訴了才肯給，真的差，不建議住，衞生差，環境差，還會要求客人給好評，這麼垃圾怎麼給？

房間裏的床上還有很多人的頭髮有長有短，太臟了，床單應該是沒有換，要不然那麼多人的頭髮怎麼會沒有打掃呢？太噁心了，害得我一個晚上都睡不着。以後不會再住了，希望其他人入住的時候要好好檢查一下。

房間還OK，但是服務一般，一張房卡一天內三次刷不上，來回折騰，浪費了不少時間，本來出去玩就很累了回到酒店就想快快回房間洗洗睡覺，結果房卡刷不上，折騰三趟，服務態度還不好，很影響心情！
