Excellent service.
The first room I checked into had dim lighting in the bathroom, so the staff arranged a room change for me. However, the TV in the new room was smaller, and they replaced it with a larger one the next morning. Truly attentive and responsive service.

春節出遊，拖家帶口，這個酒店不得不表揚一下，服務周到，雙人房都有四份洗漱用品，拖鞋四雙，看我們帶孩子直接升級行政雙人，超大房間，床是兩張一米五的，完全夠一家四五口住，入住根據人頭送了茶點一人一份，有酸奶有哇哈哈小麪包，孩子非常開心，最主要早餐送到房間，也是根據人頭，都可以贈送，太好了，最感動的是很晚了我們玩了一天想要洗衣服，明早要趕路，酒店大晚上幫我們洗好烘乾送過來，太感動，省了很多我們的時間，來到陌生地方像回家一樣，房間礦泉水飲料都夠用，也會免費再送，有配茶葉和咖啡，退房的時候，大廳自助茶水，咖啡還能一人裝一瓶帶路上，讓我們一路感激，玩得再累，住到這個酒店完全放鬆和享受，還能拍照打卡，門上還有貼着新年祝福，真的太多的感受！非常贊👍的酒店

很滿意，服務人員都很熱情，去的時候定的房型還沒空出來免費升了個房，早餐是送到房間來的，國慶期間價格也沒有説漲的很厲害，大廳有解暑的飲料和餅乾，還送了麪包牛奶，房間也很乾凈，唯一有點不足的是，牀板有點響，小孩睡覺淺睡著了在旁邊不敢亂動

一次十分滿意的住宿。服務上乘，事前電話諮詢就不厭其煩認真解答，到店之後感覺更加温暖。前台沈小姐見我家先生腳崴了發腫，主動幫助拿行李箱並一直送到房間。還送了她自己腳傷了用的活血葯水。房間非常舒適，乾淨整潔。空間佈局合理，茶桌、沙發、座椅、寫字枱、行李架、衣架、燒水台，一應俱全，滿足旅行的需求。房間裝修裝飾細節做的十分到位，床鋪和衞浴用品，品質棉質，潔凈舒服。使之有住到星級酒店的感覺。送到房間的早餐從數量到品質口味都好。到漳浦最佳選擇。
