1.前台服務熱情，2，二樓有自助午餐相當不錯，3，酒店大氣上檔次特別是大堂，4，有一個超大的停車場，5，周邊買東西方便，6，房間設施好，7，三樓中餐也有本地特色菜，整體非常好👍，非常值得去的酒店

衞生忒差了，枕頭都是口水印，五個枕頭裡麪三個都是，衹有倆乾淨的，叫客房服務來換，人家説沒有，不給換，衹能把臟枕頭外面套一個新枕套，枕套那麼薄我覺得還是難以接受，最後衹拿了一個正常的枕頭將就用。我們帶了一衹十斤小狗，一開始員工説不能帶，小狗有了他們要吸地毯消殺，那麼請問正常客人走了你們都不消殺打掃地板嗎？後來多給錢就讓帶了

是漳平早期的老牌星級酒店
年限比較久了，但是保養的還是比較好的
酒店的早餐還不錯，東西蠻多的
停車場很大

服務態度很好，本人比較土不知道四星及以上級別酒店有開夜床服務，晚上九點多回酒店，十二點洗漱突然看到地上地巾鋪好，浴室防滑墊也鋪好，沐浴露瓶蓋子沒蓋緊嚇到，打給酒店問是不是有陌生人進入過，給到回覆這是他們的温馨開夜床服務，幫住店客户提前準備好浴室鋪墊被腳拉開方便客户使用。第一次遇到是我沒見過世面情緒不好，但是酒店值班經理包容了我的情緒，服務是真的好，不過建議以後可以留個温馨紙條或者入住提示下，大半夜不懂真的嚇到。還有，攜程不支持開專票，頁面有點問題，特地看了可以開專票才選擇下單，結果要開提示衹有普票，不過幫忙溝通了酒店
