在經歷兩次攜程預訂房退房後找到了這家酒店，應該是在新城區，周邊環境都很新，B座應當是剛剛裝修好，室內局部有裝修殘留痕跡，第一個房間存在二樓漏水的現象，反應之後進行了換房處理，並在退房後贈送了小禮物表達歉意
在希岸辦完入住房間廁所味沖天，我一個很無所謂的糙漢都快吐出來。又在西環附近的喆啡預訂了房間，現場一看是駿怡改的招牌，房間內局部都已經發黴，電梯裏都是臭腳味。
回想這些更感覺此次入住感受極好。但是更換的房間沒有電視，座機電話，牙具，床頭展示櫃的燈語音控制沒有標識，很**的操作還要跑去前台問，感受略有拉低

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

I went camping on the Bashang grassland with my boyfriend and took a rest in Zhangjiakou halfway. I found this fairy hotel on Ctrip. Exceeded expectations and the service was superb. The little girl at the front desk, Bella, not only talked to us about some of the characteristics of the Bashang tour, but also came to help us store the fresh food we brought at any time in the hotel refrigerator, which saved a lot of things and let us stay in a strange city. I don't feel lonely either.
In addition, a hotel with superb wine service is very new. It is said that it hasn't been long since the renovation, and the choice of home furnishings is very careful. The solid wood furniture, the owner is also a bloodbath, and it is worth 5 stars.

Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .

It was quite worth it. The room was also very clean and the environment was nice! A room worth booking. The only thing I felt was lacking was that there were no hooks in the toilet, and there was no place to change clothes when taking a shower, but otherwise there was nothing wrong with it.

Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

The double bed room with mountain view was not very big, but it had a sofa, which was just big enough for a 12-year-old child to sleep on. There are not many types of breakfast, and the changes are not big, but the quality is okay, and the haggis soup is delicious. The ski resort is very suitable for beginners, there are not too many people, the coaching fee is relatively high, and the level is not very good. There is a small indoor playground suitable for babies who cannot ski. Highly recommend Y north Western Restaurant, the scenery and food are very good. The only drawback was that the sanitation was not good enough. During my four-night stay, I only picked up the trash and did not clean the bathroom for two days. But let’s face it, overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday here! Looking forward to skiing in Chongli again next winter!

GGuest UserI can imagine that they have had the hardware ready for the Beijing Olympics back in 2022; but it was surprising how fast things now feel ”worn”. That's really too bad. Towers can still have the smell of tard from cigarettes which again is too bad.
Meanwhile, it's a nice touch to also give lift tickets but the fact that you need to have the front desk signed voucher to go over to the ski school next desk (not next door) to provide the ticket card is a bit weird and troublesome for customers. Yes, I get it, it's really two organizations and the vouchers are the controls/ receipts. But you can actually get the ticket card deposit refund all done at the front desk means that the systems are connected. Hence, the logistics is not really set up with the customer experience in mind which is really a shame.
Enough with the areas which can potentially enhance above.
Here are the brilliant parts and the reason why you may want to come back to the hotel. It's the people. We were bothered by the logistics (as you can see) and during breakfast time, we also hear there is another family bothered by some hardware issue the night before; but the staff really took seriousness in resolving the problems. In addition, my wife was sick in one of the nights; congee was not on the lunch and dinner manual, but the staff and cook were willing to trouble themselves to make the congee (and I can tell you that I have been at 5 stars hotels before and when they say no congee on the manual -- those hotels will just stick with that answer) --＞ in this AI-driven, RPA-strived and customer centric-talking atmosphere nowadays, it's refreshing if not heart-felt to really experience hotel staff who show care for its customers. This is where the Excellent rating for Service comes from. Keep up the human-side of the hospitality business --＞ it's always about the people and how your guests feel they are treated, that's how you make them come back and make a profit --＞ not robotics !
I don't like to waste time writing reviews (but I am a writer in earlier years), and I am having a soar throat. But I would recommend to hotel to any guests who wants to feel being being taken care of.

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

GGuest UserI went to Taiwu on Friday night. I found out that this hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, and it is cheap, so I stayed. The price is ok. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, a bit far from the town. If you come for the first time and it is night again, you may miss the night view of the town. The next morning, I got up and walked around. There is a football field, a vegetable field, and a small windmill. It is beautiful to take pictures. This hotel is a youth hostel, but the hardware is still good. The breakfast is 38, and there are few types. The pie is delicious.

It has its own independent yard and parking lot. It is located in the core and prosperous area of Xuanhua District, opposite the Catholic Church and Xuanhua Museum, and 50 minutes away from the Muslim Chaoyang Tower Hotel (Breakfast). Chinese food is available), Chaoyang Shopping Center and Commercial Pedestrian Street are 300 to 400 meters away, and 3 ancient city towers including the Drum Tower are within about 1 kilometer. We live in Building B, which should be an old building renovated. The room size is okay, the bedding, towels, and bath towels are all new.
