Once again, I stayed at the Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. I felt that the service was as good as ever. The waiter helped us deliver the luggage to the room. We asked for buckwheat skin pillows alone.
The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is good
Facilities: Very good, shower water is large.
The hotel has convenient parking, rich breakfast, seafood barbecue in the evening, and band performances, very cost-effective.
In the future, I will continue to choose Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel.

It was my first time to stay. The decoration was amazing. The check-in experience was great. It rained that day and the service was also very good. I could use an umbrella for free. The room number was still 521. I felt very happy hahaha. It was a pity that I woke up late and didn’t try breakfast. , will continue to choose James Coffee

The hotel is very big, the room was upgraded for free, it was great, the buffet was also good, yogurt and fruit were given for breakfast, there were three buffets a day, morning, noon and evening! There is also a supermarket downstairs, close to the mall, the service is good!!!

It is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, has excellent service, and the staff are highly qualified and well-trained. The location was great for skiing and as hotel guests we received a discount on renting gear. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a little kitchen and an electric fireplace. There was also a nice little ice wonderland next door that was fun for the kids and we got a discount as hotel guests.

Thank you to the host for taking care of me during my stay. He responded to messages immediately every time. The No. 1 building where I stayed is very close to the community canteen and the ferry station. It takes a 5-minute walk to the canteen. The fried dough sticks for breakfast in the canteen are delicious. The No. 1 building is a 2-minute walk to the ferry station. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to Fulong Ski Resort, but sometimes it arrives a few minutes late. If you don't take the shuttle bus, you can walk to Fulong Ski Resort in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient. I will consider staying here again.

First of all, I must praise the hotel's unbeatable scenery. Each room has a large terrace facing the perfect forest. Just sit or lie down and relax without thinking about anything. This is the greatest respect for the forest. You can pick mushrooms in the opposite woods, but they are basically inedible. There is a great iron flower performance every day in the area, which is also highly recommended. The other rooms, services, and breakfast are OK, worthy of the price. Will come again!

Zhangjiakou is worthy of being a city that hosted the Winter Olympics. The hotel service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the room lady is very enthusiastic, and she immediately sent fruit plates, desserts and rock sugar pear water when I checked in. I was very satisfied with my stay and will choose this hotel again next time I come to Zhangjiakou

The room is clean and tidy, the layout is also very reasonable, the accommodation is particularly good, there are many things to do around, the environment is good, it is 2 kilometers away from the county town, and it is convenient to eat. The disadvantages are that it is not hot enough to take a shower in the rain, and there is no one to take a seat for breakfast. The service is much worse than the InterContinental Hotel, which is also a member of the IHG group. Breakfast is charged separately for more than 120 yuan. In comparison, the InterContinental does not charge separately, which makes me feel more generous. Don't buy a hotel package with a parent-child park. It is not cost-effective at all. The parent-child park is particularly boring. It is basically for children under 5 years old to play. Adults actually need tickets. If I see what it looks like, I will not bring my children in. In short, the accommodation is good, just buy the accommodation directly

GGuest UserThe apartment was clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. When we needed help they came up immediately and even walked us to nearby locations to make sure we knew where we were going.
A few areas for improvement.
- The queen bed was a little hard
- there was sewage smell coming from the toilet that was rather strong we had to close the bathroom
- the room was hot so we had to open the windows even after they came to look at the temperature in our room
Overall it was a good stay.

GGuest UserGreat location in the center of town. Front desk was very helpful and adapted to communicating through phone translation. Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

GGuest UserI can imagine that they have had the hardware ready for the Beijing Olympics back in 2022; but it was surprising how fast things now feel ”worn”. That's really too bad. Towers can still have the smell of tard from cigarettes which again is too bad.
Meanwhile, it's a nice touch to also give lift tickets but the fact that you need to have the front desk signed voucher to go over to the ski school next desk (not next door) to provide the ticket card is a bit weird and troublesome for customers. Yes, I get it, it's really two organizations and the vouchers are the controls/ receipts. But you can actually get the ticket card deposit refund all done at the front desk means that the systems are connected. Hence, the logistics is not really set up with the customer experience in mind which is really a shame.
Enough with the areas which can potentially enhance above.
Here are the brilliant parts and the reason why you may want to come back to the hotel. It's the people. We were bothered by the logistics (as you can see) and during breakfast time, we also hear there is another family bothered by some hardware issue the night before; but the staff really took seriousness in resolving the problems. In addition, my wife was sick in one of the nights; congee was not on the lunch and dinner manual, but the staff and cook were willing to trouble themselves to make the congee (and I can tell you that I have been at 5 stars hotels before and when they say no congee on the manual -- those hotels will just stick with that answer) --＞ in this AI-driven, RPA-strived and customer centric-talking atmosphere nowadays, it's refreshing if not heart-felt to really experience hotel staff who show care for its customers. This is where the Excellent rating for Service comes from. Keep up the human-side of the hospitality business --＞ it's always about the people and how your guests feel they are treated, that's how you make them come back and make a profit --＞ not robotics !
I don't like to waste time writing reviews (but I am a writer in earlier years), and I am having a soar throat. But I would recommend to hotel to any guests who wants to feel being being taken care of.

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

GGuest UserI went to Taiwu on Friday night. I found out that this hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, and it is cheap, so I stayed. The price is ok. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, a bit far from the town. If you come for the first time and it is night again, you may miss the night view of the town. The next morning, I got up and walked around. There is a football field, a vegetable field, and a small windmill. It is beautiful to take pictures. This hotel is a youth hostel, but the hardware is still good. The breakfast is 38, and there are few types. The pie is delicious.
