This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

Beautiful location. My husband and I came to Thaiwoo to participate in a sports event. The hotel crew was so kind and let us check in to the room hence our early arrival. Great location to be!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

First of all, the room is very good. It is the kind of hotel that is an apartment with two beds and a bunk bed. It is especially suitable for our two children. One room is enough for family travel, and the room has two bathrooms. The bathroom outside only has a toilet and a sink. The bathroom inside has a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a sink, which is very convenient. When a person takes a shower, there is also an outside bathroom to go to the toilet. Generally speaking, the environment of this hotel is ok. There is no view in the room we live in. He sees the hotel opposite, but generally speaking, this hotel is ok, because we went there during the 11 period. The cost performance is very high, but there is nothing to play around. The main thing is to do the cableway, and then go up to the service. This service is ok, for example, some of them gave us the ropeway tickets, but we need to make up the difference for the children, because each room only gives two children and they need to buy them separately, including breakfast. Although this room has four beds, it only gives two breakfasts. The other two breakfasts need to be paid by themselves, and the children also need to pay. I think this can be improved. It can be given according to the number of people staying in the room. Overall, it feels good.

My parents were very satisfied. They took a bath each after a tiring day. The water in the hotel has been softened and is very smooth. All facilities are fully equipped and the quality of bath salts and daily necessities is very good. Rich breakfast! Swimming pool and gym are free! Five-star standard! very good!

The movie room is really convenient for watching movies, and it comes with some optional movies, TV series, and cartoons. But the location of the room may be a little bad, and there is noise and poor ventilation. In addition, because I brought my child to sleep, the sofa could not fit tightly when it was put next to the bed because the corner was not wide enough. There was a hole that caused the child to fall down and get hurt when playing, which was a hidden danger... The service was good overall, including bottled water and pillows suitable for sleeping were brought in time... Special thanks to the waiter Xiang Lili for her warm and thoughtful service.

Secondly, the room is large, the bedding is good, the sleep is comfortable, and the space arrangement is reasonable. Then the health is also good, with the children are afraid of not clean, as soon as they enter the room, the whole inspection, very satisfied. Later, Zhangjiakou is the first choice. Finally, it is convenient to eat and play around, hot pot, barbecue, home-cooked dishes, and glazed noodles. It is not far to take children to dig crystals and olive stones.

The hotel facilities are all new, the rooms are large and spacious, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and the breakfast is rich. Bath tickets were also given, but I didn't go due to time reasons. I will come back to experience it next time I stay. The foreman Zhang Haixia was enthusiastic and gave a small gift before leaving. My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient. Breakfast spread is good too with international spread. The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too. This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

The swimming pool at night is facing the night view and is very beautiful. The pool is not big. The water was particularly muddy when there were many people on the second night. It may be because we went late. There were no bath towels after washing and no waiters in the bathing area. In addition, as one of the hotels focusing on parent-child, after proactively asking, children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided. The toothbrush was bare, and the toothpaste was not for children. The children said it was too spicy, which can be improved. The breakfast is a four-star standard, with a good view and edible.
