Children love the Mike fox challenge inside the room. The hot spring is great. Staff are friendly. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. A small inconvenience was the hotel shuttle bus left without us despite telling the hotel staff with the sign board that greeted us at the train station. On our return trip, we realised that there was no signage on the hotel shuttle bus.

The room is European and American style, very warm, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, which is very convenient for ski enthusiasts. It's great. The hotel front desk Xiao Wang is warm and friendly, and our problems are handled in a timely manner. Thank her very much. The hot spring on the 4th floor of the hotel is also good and worth staying.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies). The ski package can be discounted by 20%, and if you don’t drive, there is also pick-up! Great, ㊗️Business is booming!

It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues.
My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient.
Breakfast spread is good too with international spread.
The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too.
This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

Let's talk about the disadvantages. First of all, it was Friday night when we arrived at the hotel entrance. The ground parking spaces were full when we arrived at the hotel entrance. Not only full, but there was a bit of chaos. Then we were unfamiliar with the underground garage. The hotel is connected to the underground of Ginza Shopping Mall, and it is also very chaotic. There are all kinds of reverse driving and all kinds of random parking. This will really give travelers a bad experience. It's hard to find a parking space. I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me.
The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy.
Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach.
Breakfast has lots of options.

The boss has put a lot of thought into it. The public area on the first floor is fully equipped with a bar, billiards, children's play area and board game room. We arrived late, so we booked a family room, which was decorated in a very childlike way. The room is warm enough, but the amount of water for bathing is a little small. The breakfast is also very varied and really good.
It is very close to Wanlong and very convenient to drive there. No wonder everyone recommends living in the county town.

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great, although the warm water was luke warm, when taking a bath. I had paid for the room prior to my stay and was asked to pay the same amount, when I checked in. I thought it might have been a deposit of some kind, so I paid it, however when I checked out, the money was not returned to me? The room was fine and no damages had occurred, so I am confused about this practice and it did spoil my overall experience of the hotel, if I am honest.

SScottThis was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .

GGuest UserI came to Chongli for a week. On the first night, I stayed in a five-star hotel in a ski resort where you can ski in and out. The room was too dry and the hardware was too old.
I decisively changed to the new InterContinental Hotel on the second day. From the basement to the lobby, to the room, to the restaurant, to every corner, I felt at home from the hardware to the service.
If you drive to ski and have high requirements for accommodation quality, InterContinental is the best choice.
The breakfast is rich, exquisite, and has many varieties. The executive lounge has afternoon tea and Chinese food for dinner. The facilities are complete. The floor heating temperature in the room is ideal, and there is no need to turn on the air conditioner, which solves the problem of dryness.
The two front desk staff, Xuefeng and Liu Jie, warmly received me and helped me arrange the luggage. Since I booked the room only when I arrived at the store, they also helped me compare the preferential prices on various platforms and booked the room for me. Thank you very much!
I am very satisfied with the accommodation experience and look forward to coming again!

Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

GGuest UserI came to Crowne Plaza Huailai again. It was still so friendly. The front desk also thoughtfully arranged the extra room on the same floor. Thank you very much. The hotel has added outdoor areas for children to play this year. It's just a pity that the temperature dropped sharply on the weekend and I couldn't have fun. The indoor water park and children's playground are as popular with children as always. The evening buffet hot pot is also good, with a wide variety. It has its own independent yard and parking lot. It is located in the core and prosperous area of Xuanhua District, opposite the Catholic Church and Xuanhua Museum, and 50 minutes away from the Muslim Chaoyang Tower Hotel (Breakfast). Chinese food is available), Chaoyang Shopping Center and Commercial Pedestrian Street are 300 to 400 meters away, and 3 ancient city towers including the Drum Tower are within about 1 kilometer. We live in Building B, which should be an old building renovated. The room size is okay, the bedding, towels, and bath towels are all new. The shower has both fixed overhead shower heads and handheld shower heads. The texture of the body wash and shampoo is also very good. good. The hotel lobby is in Tower C, and the price of rooms in Tower C is higher. The service staff at the hotel were very kind and friendly, and the overall stay was great.
