I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. I would like to remind you that this hotel is a so-called five-diamond hotel by Ctrip, not a five-star hotel, and does not provide five-star services. Although I called them to confirm, they said they were of five-star standard. But it is not. Five-star hotels provide free use of gyms and swimming pools. But they charge for it. Secondly, their breakfast is very poor. There are three waiters in the huge breakfast room, and even the chef cannot be seen. The cold dishes are not fresh. I have pictures. Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn.

The room is cost-effective, clean and tidy, the quilt and pillows are very comfortable, the disposable toiletries are complete, the sound insulation effect of the room is very good, the service from the room lady is warm and thoughtful, this stay experience is particularly good, I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity to come here

The sound insulation of the house is not good, you can hear people talking in the corridor. The temperature of the faucet in the bathroom shower cannot be adjusted. Either the water temperature is extremely high and the water flow is large, or the cold water flow is small. I reported the problem to the front desk, and the front desk said it could only be adjusted slowly. It seemed that it was an installation problem, and I couldn't take a shower at all.
