We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a common area. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and we'll appointed. (The windows were a little drafty, but that's typical here).
The ski slopes were beautiful, well kept, and they offered a wide variety levels and trails!
We contacted the hotel before arriving to ask questions and this is where the staff went above and beyond! We were able to message via WeChat, make breakfast reservations, and then they helped us get discounted lift tickets and equipment!
Overall, a wonderful stay and will come back!

Next to the Edelweiss, you can ski in and out, which is very convenient for taking children skiing. The children can go back to the room to rest at any time when they are tired. The floor heating temperature is also OK, not hot but not cold, just right if you wear a sweater in the house. The room is large and cleaned very well. The sofa bed in the living room can also sleep two people. It is definitely not as comfortable as a bed. Overall, it is OK. The service is purely online communication, self-service. There are not many places to eat around, so you can bring more food in advance. The apartment kitchen utensils are relatively complete, you can cook some simple meals, and it is also convenient to go back for lunch at noon. If I go to Genting to ski again, I will consider this hotel again

I took my family to the grassland for a few days and settled in Chongli yesterday. The location and environment of this hotel are very good. There are delicious food along the way. This is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in for five days. The room feels very clean and the price is very affordable. I read the comments before that the only drawback is that there is no air conditioning, but the weather after the beginning of autumn is very cool and comfortable, and there is no need for air conditioning at all. The room is the same as the photo. The room is spacious, bright and warm. The bed is soft and hard. The degree is right, and the living is comfortable. After staying for three days, I experienced both family rooms. The house where I got on and off the bed may be more spacious. The limit state can sleep 5 people. The other house is a single bed and a double bed. You can sleep 3 people. The bed of a single bed is more comfortable. The children may prefer getting in and out of bed, and it is more childlike. We also had a birthday here š, it was a happy trip!

H Hello Youshang Hotel feels like an abandoned hotel. The hot and cold water signs are inconsistent with the actual situation. You cannot use the hand basin when you open the bathroom door. There are a few nail holes left on the wall. The socket on the wall also fell off. It was taped with transparent tape and fell off again. The lid of the toilet also fell off. It's not matching, the floor seems to be unsanitary, and the tiles on the floor are movable.

This homestay exceeded my expectations. The room layout is particularly warm, the house is fully heated, the health and service are in place, the landlord is also very good to communicate, parking is also very convenient, the ground is free, the basement is 2 yuan / hour, 24 hours 18 capped. AAnonymous UserI arrived relatively late and the environment was quite nice, but there was no phone in the room and two bath towels were provided in the family room. I took a shower after 10 o'clock but the hot water pipe could not produce hot water. I went downstairs to find the customer service at the front desk, who told me to ask a master to repair it and told me to wait. Ten minutes later, they called me and told me that the motherboard was broken, and that I was the first guest to discover the problem. I'm very surprised. It's past ten o'clock and there's no one checking in yet? I asked if it could be repaired and was told that it might not be too short. The customer service staff at the front desk actually said that we could make do with it. Twenty minutes later, I called again and said it would be ready in another twenty minutes, but I waited until almost twelve o'clock and there was still no hot water. People started talking in the next room before six o'clock in the morning. The sound insulation effect was very poor. When I went out, I found that the room attendant was cleaning the room.
