When I went to bed at night, I felt very uncomfortable under my feet. When I opened the quilt, I found that the sheets were Bad, no matter how bad the hotel environment was in the past, the sheets were not bad. It was so late and I had stayed at Lavande many times. I thought I would forget it. Who would have thought that when I woke up in the morning, I would find that my arms were sticky. The double eyelid tape is so disgusting, outrageous, and very angry. I wanted to sleep comfortably, but I didn’t expect the hygiene to be so bad. I even wondered if the cleaning staff didn’t clean it. I have chosen Lavande many times because of their service and Hygiene, I will never go back again. I hope the sanitary environment can be improved

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. It feels like there is sound all night. It is quite noisy.

The hotel's hardware facilities and environmental sanitation are quite satisfactory and in line with the Lavande Hotel brand. However, the front desk staff needs to improve their service quality. I was surprised that the front desk staff was rude to guests when they inquired.

I thought it would be prosperous if it was close to the city hall. Who knew that the city government was moved here later. It is a bit far from the bustling area of ​​the city center, but the hotel is quite good and clean.
