When I opened the quilt, I found that the sheets were Bad, no matter how bad the hotel environment was in the past, the sheets were not bad. It was so late and I had stayed at Lavande many times. I thought I would forget it. Who would have thought that when I woke up in the morning, I would find that my arms were sticky. The double eyelid tape is so disgusting, outrageous, and very angry. I wanted to sleep comfortably, but I didn’t expect the hygiene to be so bad. I even wondered if the cleaning staff didn’t clean it. I have chosen Lavande many times because of their service and Hygiene, I will never go back again. I hope the sanitary environment can be improved

Everything else is very good. There is a reason why I can only give 1 point. The main problem is the breakfast. It doesn't matter whether the dishes are rich, as long as you can eat enough. The key is that the quality of the breakfast service staff is too poor. I can't remember the noodles or noodles that my guests asked for at any time. I need to be reminded repeatedly by the guests to cook them, and my attitude is very blunt and uncomfortable. In addition, the service staff's family members (elderly and children) also eat during peak dining hours, occupying the already limited dining space.

The hotel's hardware facilities and environmental sanitation are quite satisfactory and in line with the Lavande Hotel brand. However, the front desk staff needs to improve their service quality. I was surprised that the front desk staff was rude to guests when they inquired.

The room was very cold when I woke up in the morning and the bed was very damp.

I thought it would be prosperous if it was close to the city hall. Who knew that the city government was moved here later. It is a bit far from the bustling area of ​​the city center, but the hotel is quite good and clean.

I don’t know if there was a nightclub next to me at night or something, but they were dancing all the time! The music is loud. I called the front desk and asked if I had any. I said come up and listen. Then it was over and no one cared. The hair dryer was also out of order. I was too sleepy to bother with the theory. I waited until it was almost a little late and the sound stopped before I fell asleep. The price is not cheap. There is no body lotion. The cotton swab bag for the twin room only comes with one bag.
