An excellent experience of having a relaxing time at Tanyi Xigua Resort. Simply amazing. We were received at the entrance gate and by the time we reached the Reception, check~in procedures were over and after seeing our IDs we were handed with the room keys. The room asthetic was too good and all the items were decently placed which added to the overall elegance. Overall, the location, the environment, the hospitality, the services ~ everything was outclass. The only thing to improve upon is to add more variety to the breakfast for international travellers. Worth visiting again and again.

張家口是個不錯的地方。這家酒店是我們本次旅行的唯一敗筆。我本來覺得800塊一天的房價在當地應該是天花板了，沒想到除了酒店環境還不錯外根本沒什麼服務可言。早上8點整，一家人還在睡覺的時候，有人拿卡開了我們房間的門，然後一把推開，把安全鏈條都給扯斷了，把我們一家人嚇夠嗆。問了前台説服務員開錯門了，我真的無語，你家服務員是哪裡找的大力士？那安全鏈條是個擺設吧？早餐也差的不行，我們8點30分去幾乎什麼都沒有，牛奶豆漿都是空的一直也沒人補，衹吃到一些涼拌菜和炒飯。總之這家酒店真的不推薦！！！

服務人員服務態度很好，擺渡車接送及時。酒店送了咖啡劵，篆香體驗券。咖啡味道不錯！親子餐廳狗狗友好，很贊！篆香講解細緻，耐心！不錯的一次出行。衹是度假村內店鋪比較少，吃喝逛的選擇有侷限性。晚上的表演很好看，值得一看！

五一剛去的，環境真美！裏面各種娛樂項目非常適合小朋友，還有客房停車場，擺渡車接送，就是天冷的時候開空調太乾燥了，有加濕器就好了。另外窗簾要是不透光的就更好了。孩子很喜歡，總體很滿意。

幻覺博物館門票:3D映像很適合拍照打卡大家可以沖沖沖啦
觀光魔毯來回:新體驗應該是今年新上項目，開始有些不敢坐但坐後感覺非常安全速度不快體驗不錯

訂的四人間，還沒到接到前台電話，説是昨夜雨疏風驟，四人間漏雨，給免費升級到五人間loft户型相當愜意。按照贈送的飛毯上了山頂，泳池，喂小動物，看花看夕陽，不亦樂乎。下山遇到打鐵花，吃完晚飯燈火璀璨。都很滿意。

住的陌上花開雙床房，整個度假區的服務都很熱情。秋天的景色也很美，可以感覺很用心的安排遊客的娛樂項目。尤其國慶節期間的打鐵花節目看的很熱鬧很開心。唯一不足的地方就是床太硬了，每天一翻身就會被硌醒的程度。馬桶也不是很通暢，臨走那天兩個房間的馬桶都無法沖水了😅。要不偶爾來住幾天接近大自然還是挺好的～空氣清新～

去年也是十一來的，今年十一又來了。景區環境不錯，很適合遛娃兒。今年比去年升級修改了下，住酒店還免門票，我們停錯了停車場，出來時需要酒店給的停車券，前台很負責的讓擺渡車把票捎下來給我們省了31塊錢。我們房間定的早，和十一期間相比少了兩張福利，酒店也很貼心的給補上了。山頂上的景區和遊樂設施都不錯哦！
