房間設施非常陳舊，衞生不到位，床單被罩老舊，噴頭極差，花灑噴水不流暢，外窗隔音不好，車輛過路的聲音很大，客房之間的隔音也不好，打擾睡眠，總體感受不滿意。希望改進，能給住客好的體驗

前台小姐姐服務熱情，入住時主動登記免費停車。房間打掃也很乾凈，毛巾浴巾都有一次性袋包裹，物品擺放整齊。

第一次來宣化，選了連鎖酒店。房間還可以，沒有煙味。距離拱極樓和人民公園比較近。有免費停車場。洗手枱容易積水，衣服容易濕，電視比較老舊，信號不好，台少且不清晰。總體不錯吧。

這次商務出差選的這家賓館太驚喜了！位置就在地鐵口，步行5分鐘就能到辦事地點，省去不少通勤時間。房間很乾凈，床單被罩沒有一絲異味，衞浴乾濕分離做得特別好，熱水秒出還穩定。前台小姐姐態度特別熱情，不僅幫我升級了高樓層房間，還主動提供了周邊打印店的位置。早餐種類不算多但很精緻，現煮的麪條和豆漿超暖胃。下次來這座城市，肯定還選這裏！

錦江之星一如既往的好！尤其是服務員非常熱情，下雨我被淋濕，一進門前台小姑娘就馬上遞過來紙巾，多謝🙏🙏🙏；進了停車場找不到酒店入口，打電話之後一位老師傅親自來接我們，還熱情地給我們介紹宣化哪些景點好，怎麼去方便，太感動了！
