Top notch. Free ferry service from chongli station. The hotel is just outside the ski park. Friendly service. Super nice n big room. Breakfast is fine as well. The view from the balcony is great. N there is a supermarket right below. Plus plus fro family with young childrens

Located right in the resort with lots of shops. However most of them are not opened (maybe it’s not the peak season). Nothing to complain except that there is only 1 lift for the entire block (there are 19 blks all linked by B1) and the staircase are all locked. Might take up to 10mins for an available lift.

Good to go for ski but the lines for daily ski tickets are very long in the morning. They don't sell 1 day or 2 days in advance which is very inconvenient. The lines are empty after during and after dinner time. Buy the package with ski ticket is recommended as it costs rmb3xx per person for 4 hrs.

Although our first room had issues with the water but it was resolved quickly. The manager even upgraded us and checked the new room and stayed till he was sure everything was OK.

The hotel was excellent, but nobody can speak English. It was very hard the communication.

Location great and newly renovated,

I came to Chongli just for skiing⛷️, so I chose a hotel close to the ski resort. The hotel environment is comfortable, clean and tidy, the room facilities are complete, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I am quite satisfied with everything else. The only thing that made me unhappy was that when I checked in, I had to run five times to find the room due to various problems. One time, I gave the wrong room card, and when I opened the door, there was someone inside, which was quite embarrassing😅

I came to Chongli for skiing on a business trip to Beijing. The hotel is great and the first choice for family travel! The ski resort is in an excellent location with beautiful scenery and good air. The parent-child play area on the first floor is intimate and there are parent-child activities. The breakfast restaurant faces the ski resort directly, and the sunset can be enjoyed on the top of the mountain. The package includes the service, which is very considerate and responsive. This stay is wonderful and unforgettable, and it is highly recommended!

There are basically no other advantages except that it is close to the ski resort. The front desk service is terrible. There are many people staying in the hotel, and there are only two or three new people who are responsible for card processing and room booking. There is no planning at all. It took half a day to allocate the room, but only one room card was given, and it had to be used as an electricity card! There was a problem with the room. I called several times but no one responded. There was basically no service. The shower water in the room was all yellow mud soup. I contacted several times but no one answered. Later, I went to the front desk and got angry. They said they would change the room, but the room they changed was still yellow mud soup! ! I don’t know what happened later when the water pipe was repaired. It seemed better, but it also traumatized me. I didn’t dare to take a shower for two days and only washed my face with cold water!

The room was upgraded to a suite, which is larger, but the air conditioner doesn't work. The room is always over 10 degrees, and it's still very cold after skiing. The facilities are good. Each room has an independent washing machine. There is also a commercial area downstairs in the hotel, which is convenient. Let's focus on the service. It can be said that... Basic! No! Service! The main feature is a mess! Especially when I bought a package bound to the ski ticket and booked a 3-night stay, I had to queue up for a long time every morning to get the ski pass! Top players should choose carefully! The hygiene is OK, and someone cleans and changes towels every day. But the shower gel was not replaced, resulting in no shower gel on the last day.

The room is very big and spacious. The hotel is very big and there is a shuttle bus inside. Master Bai is very nice and very welcoming❤️. The breakfast was also good and rich. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The scenery is said to be snowy, but it's a bit off.

I only stayed at Holiday Inn Fulong before, but I was pleasantly surprised to book Huanhuo this time. They helped me upgrade to a suite, and the room facilities were very new. The environment was comfortable and the service was warm. I would like to praise the No. 2 shuttle bus driver and the housekeeper Xiao Xu in the hotel. The service was particularly considerate and kind! The shuttle bus driver waited very patiently for us to check in. The housekeeper Xiao Xu actively contacted us to register the vehicle before check-in, and answered questions quickly, which greatly improved the hotel's check-in experience! The disadvantages are that the check-in process is slow and messy, and there are few breakfast options. At 3 pm, there were only 2 front desks for 4 check-ins, without clear instructions, and there was queue jumping. There was no one at the front desk to maintain order, and only one person in front checked in for 15 minutes.

There will be a butler who adds WeChat in advance. The butler Xiao Xu's service is good. The front desk check-in staff arranges the room location in a reasonable way and handles the process very quickly. What is very worthy of praise is the male noodle chef at the breakfast restaurant in Building 9. He has a strong sense of service and is very thoughtful and enthusiastic every morning during breakfast. The shortcoming is the room card. I have stayed here many times and every time they do not take the initiative to give me the room card. I understand that the hotel may not have enough room cards, but if this problem is not solved, it will cause great inconvenience to the guests. This time I booked a three-bedroom, six-person room for four people. At first, only two room cards were given. After my request, I was told that I would be given up to three tickets.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is not troublesome to go there by myself. It is very close to the ski resort. I am also very grateful to my housekeeper Xiao Xu, who gave me fruit and yogurt. The service is super good and very enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, very warm, and the housekeeping aunt is also very kind. It is cost-effective! Superb!
