I came to Zhangjiakou during the May Day holiday. The Hualuxe Hotel I stayed in was very good. It was high-end and classy. The hotel rooms were spacious and the facilities were advanced. Not only full, but there was a bit of chaos. Then we were unfamiliar with the underground garage. The hotel is connected to the underground of Ginza Shopping Mall, and it is also very chaotic. There are all kinds of reverse driving and all kinds of random parking. This will really give travelers a bad experience. It's hard to find a parking space. I sincerely suggest that the underground garage management keep up. Another point is that the alarm clock at the bedside rang at 6 o'clock, and I was completely confused 😅. It's earlier than when I wake up on weekdays. I want to cry but I can't cry. It is recommended that the waiter help check the alarm clock after the previous check-out, after all, he doesn't know if it's a new guest 😌

The hotel is very big, the room was upgraded for free, it was great, the buffet was also good, yogurt and fruit were given for breakfast, there were three buffets a day, morning, noon and evening! There is also a supermarket downstairs, close to the mall, the service is good!!!

Overall it's OK, but the construction quality of the hotel facilities is average. The marble and wooden floors have depreciated a lot in a few years.
