攜程訂房後，前吧枱會收取按金而且不付款按金憑證，不付款按金無法入住--攜程合同裏沒有必須付款按金條款。
打電話給攜程客服與此店經理協調-本店客服經理不給解決，半夜中轉至此在吧枱等候40-50分鐘攜程不出麪解決衹是説讓付款，沒辦法太晚衹能妥協付款，酒店附近鈎機施工中，房間隔音效果差清楚能聽見特殊聲音你懂的，酒店東西基本沒有什麼付費項目都是免費的，不知道按金用在哪裡？定外賣直接送到你門口沒有電話沒有通知，酒店管理在哪裡？酒店同比天津價格要貴同比附近周邊酒店價格也貴，吧枱服務員幾乎沒有服務，出現問題衹是在旁邊看笑話不出麪解決或者給上級打電話，攜程客服撥打電話給吧枱，吧枱人員也衹是按程序辦事甚至不願意接攜程客服，直接到店比攜程要貴，但是出現問題真正誰能解決呢？

前台長髮女的戴眼鏡服務態度極差，差個訂單半天。也不提醒明天幾點退房結果第二天到退房11:30給我打電話讓退房，我説稍微晚一點出去可以嗎？也不問我具體多久直接説不行，説超時1小時20塊錢。衞生間異味，不會再住。跟旁邊的全季差太遠了。簡直影響心情。服務行業怎麼會有這種態度

酒店還行，平時經常住這家格林，但是這次服務員給我的體驗感賊差，早上十點多還沒醒就催退房，嚴重影響休息，被吵醒接了電話，心情很差，所以對前台的問題都衹給予一兩個字的回答，反而前台還生氣了，最後對我冷嘲熱諷，所以以後再也不會來了，花錢找罪受呵呵

配套服務不夠。沒什麼人住，給我安排了個拐角的房間，窗户賊小，188元不太值。問能不能幫忙打印説不能，又説a4紙簡單那一塊錢一張。發票第二天早上走的又早想頭一天晚上開，也不行。。好吧😓

提前一天預訂的房間 到店已經凌晨這個時間打擾工作人員是不好意思了 可能因為到店晚了給安排了一間尾房 這個首先不願意住尾房想讓前台人員給換一間 前台人員説沒房間了 讓加錢升級房型 我説可以 之後又給我們安排到一間轉角房間 還是在三樓 預訂上面標註着商務大床房是5-12樓好像 不知道為什麼又是三樓 這個我們花商務大床的價格住普通大床 我們加錢升房型的這個做法也可能是多此一舉 太晚了不想折騰了 打算上床休息的時候 看到床單又是這樣 一言難盡 居住感受太差了 前台服務態度差 溝通困難

衞生很差，毛巾上有不明毛髮，並且沒有疊放整齊，懷疑沒有換毛巾是上一位剩下的隨便捲了卷；馬桶上沒有擦乾淨，裏面有尿漬和毛髮；洗浴室裏麪的水往外漏，裏面洗外面流，整個衞生間地板都是水，太差勁了。
