服務很好，有求必應，估計是宣化區唯一一家星巴克咖啡廳吧，聯名餐廳，酒店位置也不錯，出門就是宣化區最熱鬧的地區。離着各個地方都很近。

服務還是很好的，從進屋登記入住到離店，沒得挑。
缺點就是這個智能設計的場景調測有問題，空調沒有聯動，觀影模式窗簾聯動次數過多。手機連接無線網沒有5G衹有2.4G網速有些慢。
由於入住的是榻榻米屋，床墊生硬，睡一晚上早上起來渾身不舒服，衞生問題很嚴重，榻榻米床墊角落全是頭髮灰塵，一進門地上的也很臟，床邊燈帶角落一樣很臟。床頭側板不知道哪位女士遺留的眼睫毛還在上面黏着。還有洗手液都是水。絲毫用不了。褲子酒店刷新了我的認識。

設施先進 有智能家居 樓下有機器人送物 特別方便 一出門交通十分便利 有超市 葯房 前台服務意識特別好 主動詢問是否需要打掃 對客人的私隱做到了一百分💯 電視也能自由投屏 樓下還有星巴克咖啡
衞生：打掃的特別乾淨 犄角旮旯都很乾凈 客房阿姨也非常禮貌 房間的必需品也補的十分到位

可能是我對衞生要求比較嚴格吧，會整體看一下，床上這麼長的頭髮服務員應該可以看到的，而且整體的衞生不好，洗漱台水漬很明顯，馬桶也很明顯，而且我早上有事着急洗澡才洗個頭就沒有熱水了 水壓就一點點特別小，勉強將就洗漱完辦事，回去也就到退房時間了，給前台員工反饋後感覺也就這吧，入住體驗感一點都不好~

如果面板上的功能有一個沒關，包括使用空調，整個面板就一直亮通宵。打電話給前台，小姐姐回覆我要麼把空調關了，並且其他住店客人都沒覺得亮燈睡覺不妥，我也衹好關空調了。
樓下星巴克喝了兩天，大杯的拿鐵，其中至少半杯是奶泡，數量也打5折。好吧，第三天還是喝步行街上的瑞幸了，至少滿杯。
