Upscale with a hotel lobby that spells out grandeur. Service is in top but also expected for the price. Room is a bit worn down and not kept pristine. I had a chair with broken springs and cracks in the bathroom ceiling. Smaller things but something I wouldn't expect from a hotel on this level.

Good - elevators, ac temp, shower temp and pressure, bed sheets, location.
Bad - room old and dated, carpet dirty and burned by years of cigarettes, breakfast no coffee, no butter.
Took ages to register as a foreigner and no concept of giving me any upgrade for the inconvenience.
Late checkout was good, 2pm.
One of the few hotels foreigners can stay at in Xuanhua. But you get much better hotels and service in ZhangjiaKou.

I personally think it's the best hotel in Xuanhua City. The front desk service attitude is very good and it really feels like home.
