Great hotel to stay at for a ski getaway, location is perfect as the ski slopes are right behind it. Depending on your booking they offer a 20% discount with Thaiwoo Ski Resort where you’ll go to get all the ski equipments if you don’t have your own including ski suit. I bought a 3 day ski pass which costs 1173 RMB plus a deposit of 2200 RMB (immediately returned on the last day of skiing). The room is like an apartment, kitchen area with all the necessary amenities to cook except pots and utensils (bring your own if you plan to do that), living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a small balcony. Plus also a washing machine. Btw, to get to the hotel, there is a free shuttle bus from Taizicheng train station, just follow the signs for the bus and which one stops at A&B Hotel. Check the schedule for departure times as the go according to train arrival and departure times. The Taiwu town area has plenty of restaurants and shops and the ski slopes closes at 4:30 pm.

The room view was great, room was cleaned. Given a free upgrade of room. Best hotel i stayed in China. Staff 王晓悦 was helpful. There are restaurants at -1. Awesome breakfast and other restaurants found at the hotel are yummy. Level 3 female janitor is good too and helpful.

The room is nice and clean and things are mostly fine but the walls must be paper thin and there is a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, so if you want to sleep well it's a problem.

We‘ve been the first time in the A&B Hotel and it was recommended my friends. We‘ve been very happy, especially about the service. We had some need to change with our booking and Wen Yuan from the staff helped us a lot and very enthusiastic! So thanks again and we‘ll come back next time!

Hotel room was very clean, but the daily housekeeping does not include vacuuming and making the bed. The housekeepers ignored my do not disturb sign and kept knocking on our door to rush in to change our towels in the morning before we went out to ski. Everything about the hotel is ok except for the housekeeping which can be improved with more thorough cleaning daily. They are nice enough the provide us with many bottled water so we didn't have to buy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about, but comforting to last for ski days. We got assigned tower A which is less convenient that Tower B. Walking distance to Thaiwoo town, where you can find nice bubble tea and some restaurants.

The location is great. Easy to reach by train with free shuttle bus provided to and from the station. Also free shuttle bus around the resort. The room was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a living area and kitchenette for a great price. Very comfortable beds and lovely and warm. Lovely showers in the 2 bathrooms. Very close to skiing facilities - could get to all the gear rental and slopes right from behind the hotel. Breakfast was decent - my children found a few things they liked. Mostly Chinese but a few western things like baked goods. The resort is huge with most of the facilities based in another building a short walk away. The kids play zone is great but extra money and was unfortunately closed for 2 of our 3 days in Thaiwoo. No pool here. Fantastic for skiing and all staff we met were really friendly, kind and helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel, everything was clean, nice staff (Xiaoyue took good care) and the breakfast was good. We have stayed in the building A, where the only downside is you have to walk to different build for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and every thing was very well, the breakfast did not match my expectations, they need to provide some choices for foreigners like Omelette or some vegetables Sauté or cheese. The receptionist who speaks English was very welcoming , helpful and friendly. I recommended it for my friends. The facilities are not free like the playing area you should pay 188¥ for the kid.
