房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，房間有點冷，配備的暖風機一點都不冷了。房東給了業主卡可以在業主食堂吃飯，很方便。

很好的民宿，房東很友好善良。房間裝修嶄新，乾淨整潔，床品一客一換。房屋後面是山，夏天一片鬱鬱葱葱，滿眼舒服。這裏7月初不用空調的，涼快，我們不知道，還在找空調房，真傻啊。小區離熱鬧街道大概走路15分鐘，停車在小區裏的路邊是不收費的。小區有社區食堂，非業主有點貴，35元一份牛肉麪。推薦大家住這裏。

[房屋設施我一定要提]房間非常乾淨，山上小區環境一流，還有免費的小童樂園和籃球場，步行到核心歐州小陣十分鐘左右，也可以有免費的擺渡車。房間遠處就是山景，雙陽台雙卧，房間裝修洋氣大方很新，衞生間生活用品一應俱全，洗漱的用具品質很高，一次性洗澡巾。住的太舒服了，都不想走了。下次還來這裏住。
