前台水平非常低，原房續住不給打掃衞生，一次性用品不補充。中午打電話明確表示晚上續住，網上平台房間下架，前台要價非常離譜。

一個月斷網兩次。一次五個多小時。電腦一晚上重啟了三次。開機後還電腦屏黑的。我自己給修好的。我住的電競屋。遊戲打一半斷網。斷半天。有個黑胖前台。天天夾個嗓子康康康。啥也解決不了。還挺能絮叨。能沖客人喊叫也是很離譜啊。屋裡還有蟲子。給身上咬的沒樣子我自己去買葯。讓噴點殺蟲劑也不給。也不解決

設施：鍵盤包漿，耳機鼠標墊很臟都很一般，也可以説差
衞生：床的衞生還可以，地板有黑點兒
環境：那個衞生間水龍頭不是固定的很晃動
服務：服務要按金我也不知道有啥可壓的，退按金要等前台通知保潔，保潔説沒問題才能退很浪費時間
