這次酒店入住體驗太棒了！從踏入大堂的那一刻，前台工作人員就熱情相迎，辦理入住迅速又貼心。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品舒適。早餐豐富多樣，餐廳服務員會及時添水、詢問需求。酒店服務處處彰顯用心，必須點贊！
真的被這家酒店的服務暖到！出行前諮詢了很多問題，客服都耐心解答。入住時，因為航班延誤很晚才到，工作人員依然保持微笑。入住期間，客房服務響應超快，有求必應。這次旅程因為這家酒店變得格外美好。

垃圾桶換了不套垃圾袋，晚上廁所燈壞了然後門上掉下來東西報的維修光修燈門也不修毛巾是臟的有咖啡色的不明物體讓換掉然後第二天報維修説了也沒換，衹是把臟的又放上去了，總結一下修了沒完全修好，打擾衞生沒有完全打掃。

1服務很好的，就是感覺員工少可能沒有那麼及時響應，但是都會有求必應的。
2.硬件上還是可以的，沒有堵塞下水，頭髮等情況，沒有沙發，抽紙，其他生活所需該有都有的。房間有點不隔音但不影響，大家都是出去滑雪回來基本就休息了。
3.這個價格在春節也不漲價，房間面積大，屋裡暖和，熱水充足，地暖，已經很完勝了。

去崇禮滑雪住在冬奧村了，9號院2號樓離前台大廳很近，吃早飯方便。
冬奧會時中國運動員住5號院，在冬奧村比較往裡的位置。
冬奧村離雲頂和太舞都很近，離萬龍和富龍大概開車15-20分鐘，算是去哪都很方便了。
智能床，頭腳都可調節高度。
地暖很熱很熱。
有地下車庫。
早餐豐富。

位置在太子城 距離雲頂 太舞 雪如意都很方便 園區安排錯落有致 很有冬奧會氛圍 感受不錯 房間地暖很給力 房間隔音條件一般般 吐槽一點 九號院2號樓 從地下二層停車場到頂樓都沒有開電梯 簡直了 爬樓五層 拎拉桿箱的遊客乾瞪眼

打卡冬奧村，位置好，高鐵站5分鐘，雲頂5分鐘，就是房間保養有待提高，一些細節不到位，如果要熱水需要放水5到10分鐘，椅子少，桌子小，擺放位置不方便

房間很大，也乾淨，相比較衞生間小了點。窗户隔音效果很好，但靠近馬路，開窗就有點吵。房間內的暖氣似乎不能調整，有點熱。

第二住冬奧村了，環境很好，有地庫停車方便，房間內有地暖很暖和，但是也很乾燥。床可以調節角度有意思。
問題:開業僅有兩三年，很多東西開始壞了，比如衞生間門不僅關不上，也鎖不上，壁紙開裂，浴房門的密封條開裂等等，看着很噁心，説明裝修的時候用的材料質量很差。還有毛巾是臟的，衞生間內沒有提供浴液，洗髮水等。
