Family-friendly Hotels in Zhangjiakou

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

I originally booked the ”Apartment Stress Relieving Intelligent Massage Queen Room” in Unit 15. Cui Wenbin, Wang Jianting and Sun Yujiao, the three service staff at the hotel's front desk, found out that I was traveling alone without a car, and they enthusiastically upgraded me for free. It is an eight-unit ”apartment loft room (second-floor loft)” room type. The eighth unit is not far from the hotel counter and is also in the middle of the 5A Edelweiss Snow Trail. You can start skiing after leaving the balcony. The room is very large and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer for washing and drying clothes and an IH stove for cooking (no pots and pans). The master bedroom is in the middle floor of the building and the sound insulation is very good. You will not hear the announcements from the ski resort; the bathroom of the master bedroom is There is a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after skiing Of course, if you have enough budget, you can also go to the massage center attached to the hotel (Bo Guangyuan Acid Removing Massage SPA Center) to do a foot bath to relieve acid, which will help your physical condition the next day. I especially recommend the No. 9 technician who is professional, conscientious, easy to talk to, and never steals. hour Brother Wang and Brother Xuzi of the ski rental store are very nice people. They know that international credit card payment will cost a lot of handling fees, and they are willing to refund the money to the bank card first, and then let me use WeChat to pay 200 in one payment. It’s a block away. It’s recommended to book your ski tickets in advance to get more discounts.

Beautiful location. My husband and I came to Thaiwoo to participate in a sports event. The hotel crew was so kind and let us check in to the room hence our early arrival. Great location to be!

This is a very new, clean hotel with excellent staff and great value for money. A special mention has to go out to ELLA who works on the front desk: she provided some of the best customer service that I’ve seen during my time in China. She is very knowledgeable about local services, very concise, and extremely helpful. Thank you and see you again!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

I have stayed in the hotel twice. The environment is good, the rooms are large and clean, the cleaners are on call, the restaurant environment is good and the variety is complete. A small hot pot buffet has been added for dinner. The ingredients are fresh and diverse, as well as fruits and desserts 🍮, and drinks are also included, including red wine, beer, and beverages. You can have a delicious dinner without leaving the hotel; the hot spring is also good, with a good environment, clean and sanitary, various medicinal baths, children's paddling pools, salt crystal thermal therapy rooms, sweat steaming, tatami heated beds, and fruits and lemonade are also provided. It is very warm and thoughtful.

I stayed for two nights. It was a clean, warm and cozy room. The location was excellent since it only took me 5mins to walk to the ski area. Recommended for those who doesn’t drive. The price to travel down to the village cost me CNY30 and CNY50 to the train station by taxi. There’s a bus stop at the hotel that departs every 30mins cost only CNY3 to the village.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

The hotel service is very good, from the front desk manager to the room staff When we checked in, because the king-size bed was fully booked, they took the initiative to upgrade us to a suite. The room is very spacious and sunny 👍🏻 When we checked out, we dropped our bracelet in the room again and thought we would never find it again, but the hotel quickly replied that they saw it and sent it back. I was so moved that I burst into tears!! I am very happy to have it back. The hotel facilities are very complete, the gym is very large, the swimming pool is right next to it, and there are many businesses settled in the hotel. During the ski season, there are also Heytea Starbucks Hotpot Wolfgang. At other times, there is also the hotel's own restaurant. Qinglong Sichuan cuisine is delicious, and the lawn is great!
