I traveled with my colleagues and booked a hotel in advance online. Air conditioning wasn’t great. Bathroom was nice and clean. Great location. They let us get room service after the restaurant closed which was really nice. Food was really delicious too. Bit Smoky but that seems like a normal occurrence in zhangjiajie.

The service was excellent , the receptionist was super helpful , she mapped out a route for me on Tianmen Mt , told me how to get to Wuliangyuan for the second leg of my journey. I would stay here again , just because she was so super helpful. The location was a bit hard to find though , I didn't see any dominant signage outside BUT the location is quite ideal , being next to the bus and railway station . The tianmen cable car line is about 10mins walk if you walk quickly or 15mins if you walk as slowly as me or you can call a didi , cost around 7rmb to go there by taxi. There are public buses that go to the tianmen mt from this hotel's location, bus 101 and bus 1A, costs 2rmb . The room was also quite big , bigger than the average hotel room, it is clean and amenities were provided. There are many places to eat , nearby the hotel and small grocery stores. Also the hotel is about 15mins drive from the airport.
