Air conditioning wasn’t great. Bathroom was nice and clean. Great location. They let us get room service after the restaurant closed which was really nice. Food was really delicious too. Bit Smoky but that seems like a normal occurrence in zhangjiajie.

It's a very nice hotel. The lobby is grand. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The hotel rooms are also very clean. It's very comfortable to stay. Especially the breakfast has a rich variety and is worth recommending!

This was our second stay at this resort for this trip. We came back to spend an extra night because our flight was canceled. Overall, my friend and I had a great stay here! We were welcomed back to the hotel by the evening staff whom were able to help us swiftly, and with a smile. I would especially like to mention Ying, Qin, Jin, Ya, Yan, and Yao Zan. They were super friendly throughout the check in process and made our stay that much more wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was a decent sized-buffet with the option of sitting outdoors over-looking the lush green trees. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the pool was not opened during our stay, and a notice about that would have been appreciated upon booking. We had a nice stay nonetheless!

The hotel I stayed in this time left a deep impression on me. The room service was very attentive, and the room decoration was warm and exquisite. Every detail revealed the hotel's care and taste, making me feel as comfortable as at home. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete, from the comfort of the beds to the quality of the bathroom equipment, everyone is satisfied. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to staying there again next time.

This hotel is absolutely spectacular, the interior is breathtaking and the views from the rooms are absolutely amazing! What I thoroughly enjoyed about staying at this hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. We worked with Andy who went above and beyond the call of duty, he helped with everything, from recommendations to bookings, he'd always check up and make sure everything was good. I've never been at a hotel with such amazing staff! I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Zhangjiajie. It's close to the National Forest Park and there's no need to worry about getting around as there's always someone to help with anything you may need! Thank you to Andy once again for making our stay so much more easier and memorable!

I traveled with my colleagues and booked a hotel in advance online. Arriving as scheduled, the store manager personally led the team and picked up the car wearing Zhangjiajie Tujia costumes, which was very ceremonial. Along the way, he kindly and meticulously explained Zhangjiajie’s landforms and travel routes to us. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very enthusiastic and offered each of us a cup of welcome tea to relax us from the fatigue of the journey. When you walk into the hotel lobby, the environment is very warm, with unique decoration, spiral staircase, and a fireplace in the middle of the living room, which makes you feel extremely warm. Entering the room, it is very high-end, with very fresh fruits and snacks on the table. Intelligent operation requires no hands-on experience. Xiaoai will help you solve all your problems. The toilet supplies are all available, and the wet and dry areas are separated. Hermès' bath products are quite high-end and worthy of a five-star hotel. Each guest has an exclusive shoe cabinet, and our shoes are wiped clean when they come out in the morning, which is very meticulous.
